Conscious, instantaneous precipitation is the physical manifestation in a miraculous way of our wishes and desires e.g.: health, supply (financial) and companionship Precipitated abundance is our natural state of being it is the realm in which the Ascended Masters (like Jesus Christ and Saint Germain) abide Precipitation can occur: Directly out of the atmosphere (for example in the case where Jesus multiplied the loaves of bread and fishes; and where the Seven Mighty Elohim, as representatives of our beloved Father God, created planet Earth) By assistance from the individual in a natural way We will look at: Precipitation in the Garden of Eden Your motive for desiring precipitation of something Man is a creator Universal Light Substance (ULS) The importance of thoughts and feelings Use of the words I Am Peace a prerequisite to precipitation The necessity not to discuss your plans for precipitation The importance of rhythm (Practice, practice, practice) Lastly, a summary of the 10 proven steps to precipitation! PRECIPITATION IN THE GARDEN OF EDEN In her pure virgin state, Mother Earth radiated a soft golden glow beneath the grass and flowers (which at this point were exquisite flames of color dancing beneath crystal blue skies). There was no decay, erosion or even soil itself. Human beings, during the first Golden Ages (or so-called Garden of Eden) using the I Am consciousness, received the will of God in the form of ideas. These ideas were molded into patters and filled with a feeling of love after which physical manifestation occurred. Shelter and clothing, and other needs of the moment, were precipitated directly from the Universal Light Substance around them. Today we simply refer to this substance as light, but it is alive with endless gifts waiting to be called forth by you! Through the so-called Fall of Man, this form of precipitation directly from the Universal ceased. WHAT IS YOUR MOTIVE? How to establish that you have a pure motive: 1. Outline a definite plan or desire to be fulfilled

2. Be sure to examine your motive for bringing such a creation into manifestation 3. See that it is constructive, honorable and worthy of your time and effort 4. The desire must be free of selfishness and free from the want to aggrandize the personal self (e.g. wanting to become a film star just to be famous) 5. Your desire must be honest both to yourself and to the rest of the world and it must expand the light and perfection of God. MAN IS A CREATOR It is very important to first accept that Gods intent for every one of his children is that of sheer abundance of every good and perfect thing YOU are one of his beloved children! Abundance is your birthright We were all created in the image and likeness of God and the only reason why so many of us do not manifest dominion today is because we do not use our Divine Authority. We are not obeying the Law of Love, which is that man MUST AT ALL TIMES POUR OUT FEELINGS OF LOVE AND BLESSINGS TO ALL OF CREATION, AND THAT INCLUDES YOURSELF! You, as an individual, are at every moment surrounded by living substance which is Gods Living Body and that substance is obedient because God, Your Father, has told that substance to obey you! That substance waits to be molded into form according to your thoughts, feelings, spoken words and actions. Saint Germain said (paraphrased): Never depend on another person for your supply this only ever results in disappointment and disillusionment Looking for the support you require from the God who made you will bring you harvest beyond your fondest dreams! By daily consistent application to the I Am Presence and Ascended Hosts for the help you require, you will be assured of your hearts desires. Just know that if your heart is sincere, that your motive is pure and you carry out Impersonal Service to life, God will worry about the how, when and where Your health and supply are within you summon them forth from the very depths of your being. That power answers, the power of love and it will answer, All this I can do and more! Just remember only the Force of God can act! Your stressing, straining, striving, doubting, urging, pushing and fighting for a desire are forces that will lead you in the exact opposite direction from it because they are discords and signs of lacking faith and trust in your Father Man has been given free will and if you use your free will to accept any condition in your life that is less than perfect (e.g. financial limitation, ill health, unhealthy relationships) you are opposing the will of God, because God only knows perfection and abundance. IT TAKES NO MORE ENERGY TO THINK A PICTURE OF PERFECTION THAT IT DOES AN IMPERFECT ONE! Energy follows mans thoughts and feelings, energy is mans to command, energy becomes power through use - whether in raising a hand to strike another person or to build a victorious momentum in commanding the electronic light to manifest a completed form through decreeing We are always precipitating! This is Law. Where you are in your life at this 2

very moment is a direct result of previous thoughts and feelings combining to bring forth your current reality: THE QUALITY OF YOUR PAST FEELINGS EQUAL THE QUALITY OF YOUR LIFE RIGHT NOW IN TERMS OF HEALTH, FINANCES AND RELATIONSHIPS!!! Your focus should not be on HOW to precipitate, but rather WHAT to precipitate Let the following affirmation really sink in: I Am the presence of supply alive and active in every channel and facet of my being Draw this realization into your feelings! YOU are the power to overcome any financial limitation or health issue by simply Loving and Praising the Lord God your Father with all of your heart, mind and soul and also by loving and blessing ALL of life at every moment. UNIVERSAL LIGHT SUBSTANCE (ULS) The nature of ULS is to obey the creator (you) and to become form ULS particles are self conscious and intelligent they contain the Fire of Life and stream into you from your Mighty I Am Presence above Any number of ULS particles are willing at any time to enter into your world and become part of the physical substance you want manifested be it personally, for the AMTF or for the rest of Mankind You can choose for these ULS particles flowing into your heart from your Father to become the elixir of youth, for example, or an island holiday ULS can and will respond to the directions of your own immortal three fold flame (your heart) and your seven fold flame (your brain) THROUGH YOUR POSITIVE AFFIRMATION IN THE ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF THE PRESENCE OF GOD WITHIN YOU AS THE I AM WHICH GIVES YOU LIFE. Basically, this means whatever you want with your heart and mind, you can have so long as you always positively acknowledge God as the supply of the desire! Until now we have each qualified our ULS streaming into our physical beings with perishability and limitation this reflects in our physical bodies. Our inner storms of hatred, irritability, judgment and anger reflect in the nature around as storms, volcanic eruptions and cataclysmic weather. Mother Earth holds the Divine Plan for perfection for herself and will at all costs shake herself free from forces that endeavour to interfere with her vision of Divine Love, just as you should THE IMPORTANCE OF CONTROLLING THOUGHTS & FEELINGS Read this over and over: The power to think creates form The power to feel fills that form with life! Remember a thought plus a feeling makes a thing! Whatever you can think of creating, only feelings of joy, happiness and perfection will bring it into form 3

Thoughts can never become things until they are clothed with feeling Learn to generate feelings of joy, happiness and peace when you have visualized in your mind the completed desire you are striving for. Listening to an inspirational piece of music is very helpful you must feed the image in your mind with real and heartfelt feelings WITHOUT ASSOCIATED FEELINGS YOUR THOUGHT FORMS WILL DISINTEGRATE AND RETURN TO THE SEA OF UNIVERSAL SUBSTANCE AWAITING REFORMATION - AND THEIR DESIRE TO BE BROUGHT INTO FORM WITH GENUINE FEELING

The heartfelt thought of a loved one takes the shape of an exquisite winged sun and travels to him or her where it lingers in the atmosphere to shower its blessings. Once it has completed its task it dissolves and is assimilated into the Sea of Universal Light. How beautiful an image! Remember well that all CRITICISM, JUDGEMENT AND RESENTMENT OF FAMILY MEMBERS, FRIENDS, CLOSE ASSOCIATES, WORK COLLEAGUES, CASUAL AQUAINTANCES, PEOPLE, RACES AND SPECIFIC COUNTRIES AND OF YOURSELF!!! - ARE STUMBLING BLOCKS, WHICH MUST BE COMPLETELY REMOVED BEFORE YOU CAN SOAR IN CONSCIOUSNESS! These feelings of irritation will block your process. However, you will recognize evil when you encounter it you will know it to be so. Your duty is to call on the Violet Fire to dissolve its core and cause and you are to bless the source of evil. If your feelings always remain harmonious, you, by the energy of grace, actually bless the person and raise their energy unknowingly. Positive criticism from a place of love is a learning experience for both individuals by positively criticizing we do not wholeheartedly condemn the other person, we merely intend for their growth in a mutuality of respect and compassion. Saint Germain: The greatest crime in the Universe against the Law of Love is humanitys almost ceaseless sending forth of every kind of irritable and destructive feeling consciously or unconsciously, intentionally or unintentionally!

CONCENTRATION Another important factor in the process of precipitation is the ability to concentrate. Western minds struggle to hold a thought form in mind for more than a few seconds. Students in the East are taught this discipline from an early age so it is an attribute that every person can master. And that you must master in order to solidify in your mind the Thought Form you wish to bring forth for

precipitation in the physical World. Mother Mary held the Immaculate Concept of Jesus in her mind for 3 uninterrupted hours, nourished by her love and feelings. During this time, directed at her from every conceivable source, were distractions not only inharmonious pressures but distractions from the very things she loved most. Always hold to the purity of your original thought form do not constantly change it with every passing whim! USE OF THE WORDS I AM I Am at its core means GOD IN ACTION It is the creative activity of Life in man The words I Am contain the Fire of Creation! It is the only creative power in the Universe There are no other two words that release the same power as I Am Why? I Am, and your comprehension of it, is your own life! You are God in action. You are His child on Earth, God child on Earth, and you have every one of His attributes because He lovingly bestowed them on you In the 10 steps to precipitation below, you will use, I AM THE FULL MANIFESTATION OF THIS DESIRE as a decree

PEACE A FEELING OF PEACE SEALS THE PRECIPITATION PROCESS! It is important to keep a peaceful state even after manifestation occurs Peace and harmony will sustain your endeavors. Without peace even the most beautiful creation be it a kingdom or a wonderful new house can never endure Try to keep yourself harmonious at all costs Irritations, annoyances and bursts of anger create discordant rhythm just as they create ageing and ill health in your physical body. These forces attack at the heart centre and seek to destroy from the very core. Your uninterrupted harmony will solidify Gods Life Stream surging into you at all times to such a degree that you will become immune to them Precipitation can only occur through harmony. THERE IS NOTHING MORE IMPORTANT THAN YOUR STATE OF HARMONY! The petty annoyances and disturbances of everyday life are not worth the destruction of your harmony and the failed manifestations of your heartfelt desires! YOU ARE IN CONTROL. DONT FORGET THAT HARMONIOUS MUSIC WILL REPOLARIZE THE DISCORDANT ENERGY IN YOU. Once you have mastered your world within, nothing in the outer world can affect you! DONT DISCUSS YOUR PLANS Other people, even meaning well, subject your Thought Forms to destructive and diluting vibrations So many of your desires would have already manifested had you not discussed them the delicate idea is literally pulled apart by enthusiastic suggestions which confuse and erode the heart centre of your desire How can we inspire others then if we cannot share our experiences with them? THE GREATEST POSSIBLE INSPIRATION TO ANYONE IS A PHYSICAL MANIFESTATION!

BEWARE! Spiritual pride in the form of enhancing your ego by boasting about already manifested desires (or any other forms of spiritual pride) will create an energy that will prevent any other similar manifestations from occurring! NECESSITY OF RYTHYM REPETITION OF YOUR APPLICATION You must constantly nourish your though form over and over and over until manifestation occurs Repetition is key! Establish a rhythm at a certain time day after day. This will prevent disintegration of your Thought Form The best time for repeating your visualization is upon awakening in the morning and just before going to sleep at night While you sleep regenerating forces strengthen your Thought Form, and when you wake up, your consciousness is for the most part unclouded by the limiting thoughts and habits you fall back into day after day after day VERY IMPORTANT - When your desire finally appears in the physical world of form you must hold the peace of harmony through your feelings! This seals the entire finished creation with Divine protection. CONCENTRATE! CONCENTRATE! CONCENTRATE! PRACTISE! PRACTISE! PRACTISE! Do not give up be patient and never wallow in self-doubt! If you make an error in mathematics, you dont blame the Law of mathematics. You go back and try again until you get it right. If your manifestation doesnt occur in your pre-designated time frame DO NOT GIVE UP! Manifestation will occur, it is a law. SUMMARY: 10 PROVEN STEPS TO PRECIPITATION! 1. Outline your desire while examining your motive Briefly outline your wish in your mind, being very exact about what it is you want Refer to the section above What is your motive? in examining your motive Consider how your heart feels upon completion of this step 2. Become still and meditate upon your wish Now form an exact, precise clear-cut picture in your mind of what you want WRITE IT DOWN IN INK! (Not pencil ink is a permanent recording in the world of form and lays a foundation for the manifestation to occur) 3. Sleep over it When you wake up, review your written desire and revise if necessary

THIS WILL NOW BE YOUR FINAL THOUGHT FORM, WHICH YOU MUST NOT DEVIATE FROM OR ALTER IN THE STEPS BELOW! If you, for example, have decided on an 8 bedroom new home, do not later on change it to a 9-bedroom home. 4. Now lovingly visualize your Final Thought Form While you hold a clear picture in your mind of what you want, say with feeling: I Am the full manifestation of this desire I Am the full manifestation of this desire I Am the full manifestation of this desire Realize that the power of creation in you is the same power God used to create the Universe! YOU ARE THAT POWERFUL! It is advised to listen to inspirational music of your choice to generate exhilarant feelings within you 5. Ask for Assistance Say the following with love, respect and feeling: Beloved Lord Lanto, the Brotherhood of Precipitation, Sweet Cassiopeia and Beloved Cosmic Being Victory please protect and reenergize my Thought Form with your Ascended Master feeling, mastery and confidence. I thank you for answering my call and in return I shall partake in Impersonal Service. Impersonal service can be anything from doing decrees for the Earth or doing a charitable deed for the betterment of mankind. 6. Decide on a pattern of repetition The best time to go through these steps is upon awakening and just before sleep EVERY DAY until manifestation occurs 7. Keep your feelings harmonious until manifestation happens While so very focused on something you do not yet have, pour out blessings and thanks for gifts already received from God! 8. Do not discuss your plans and applications with anybody! This will dilute and obstruct the process The greatest possible inspiration you can give anyone is to physically succeed without having had told them what you were desiring 9. Repeat steps 3 to 8 until manifestation occurs! Practice Practice Practice & more Practice 10. Keep a journal of successful manifestations Write down in a journal every single thing that you have successfully created and give individual thanks to God your Father for having done the work! This builds your momentum of victory!
