Are you looking for an intimate, beautifully designed, eco-conscious event venue in central London? We can help. The HUB Kings Cross in London offers a versatile event space for arts, corporate and private events as well as a unique location for TV/film shoots. Situated in a strikingly elegant warehouse renovation, designed and built with sustainability principles in mind, the HUB Kings Cross houses an intimate and welcoming main Gallery space and three meeting rooms available to hire. Our friendly and dedicated events team ensures everything is carefully tailored to your brief and to help you facilitate a successful event.
MEETING ROOMS
Need a meeting room? There are three different sizes to choose from at the HUB. Capacity ranges from 2 to 20 people in fixed boardroom style. Meeting room hire includes a plasma screen, writable glass walls for brainstorming, still and sparkling water, connectors for your laptop and Wi-Fi.
SUITABLE FOR
The Boardroom
A glass fronted room overlooking the main Gallery space and our largest meeting room. Capacity: 16 - 20 people (boardroom style) Dimensions: 3.3 m x 7.5 m. Total Area: 24 sqm.
The Glasshouse
A spectacular hanging glass innovation cube designed specifically to help people be creative. Capacity: 8 -10 people (boardroom style) Dimensions: 3.3 m x 4.4 m. Total Area: 14 sqm.
The Study
A compact space with writable white walls, designed for focused working and small meetings or interviews. Capacity: 4 - 6 people (boardroom style) Dimensions: 3.6 m x 2.5 m. Total Area: 9 sqm.

THE GALLERY
Situated on the ground floor, the main Gallery is a versatile space and transforms into one of London's most innovative for speaker events, live performances and shows, exhibitions, product and press launches, networking, awareness building events, private parties and more. The Gallery also includes an organic, Fairtrade, locally-sourced and licensed caf bar. The informal, intimate yet professional atmosphere offers an ideal setting if youre looking to stimulate collaboration, innovation, creativity or networking at your event.
Speaker Events
Looking for a venue to host an inspirational talk, workshop, awareness event, seminar, debate or lecture? We play host to some of the most imaginative and compelling speakers and facilitators from around the UK and beyond. Our Gallery area can transform into a mini lecture room for 80 people seating theatre style or 110 guests standing. It is a versatile space and it can be set up in a style based on your needs. The room is equipped with an integrated audio/visual system which includes PA, projector and large screen, microphones, adjustable mood lighting and Wi-Fi. Networking after your event is easy with our fully licensed bar in the Gallery. The three meeting rooms on the first floor are also available to hire for break-out sessions for group work discussion, creative brainstorming and collaboration.
Private Parties
The Gallery is available for private hire and is ideal for intimate Christmas parties, celebrations, birthday parties, anniversaries, canap receptions and more. The organic, Fairtrade and locally-sourced bar has a late license on weekends (12.30am on a Saturday and 11.30pm on a Sunday). We have the suitable licenses for live and recorded music as well as dance.

Graphic Harvesting
We can also arrange for a graphic facilitator to join your meeting or event. Also known as graphic facilitation, graphic recording or scribing, this involves an artist attending your meeting, workshop or event to visually capture key information in images and words. This process creates a group memory of the event and a useful record for future reference.
