The roles of stakeholders in the project In projects, there are persons and groups involved in each and every

project. In order to have a project attain success the stakeholders should work efficiently and effectively. Below I have stated the stakeholders. The Project leaders role Schedule- upholding and making the teams be involved upto their level best. Going through regularly, giving support and correcting. Creating and updating the functional specifications. Having proper communications with other subdivisions. Handling change requests.

The Project Managers role Have all members in project team available, manage conflicts and suppose if conflict arises settling them in an appropriate manner. Managing the limitations in work and ensure that there is clear identification and communication in the completion of the task. Planning and Defining the Scope. Assure communication of task completion. Resource planning documenting and managing responsibility interfaces. Cost and Time Estimating. Developing a Budget. Risk Analysis. Question blurry responsibilities. Reviewing stakeholders opinion of project success. The Project Customers role Give necessary requirements for them team members and fulfill their requirements. Evaluate and approve the charter. Support the project team if necessary and update the project manager regularly. Review project status reports. Provide feedback to the Project Manager on a regular basis. Evaluate the final deliverables as well as the project process. Revise and approve the entire project plan. Review the final status report.

The Functional Managers role Appoint team members of the project. Review the project schedule using a tool with the ongoing process and make sure that the team members are working on projects with proper knowledge and skill if not give directions. Always announce on deadlines to the team members as agreed as in project plan. The Team Members role

Be present to all meetings based on projects and if necessary the member can further
more clarify his doubts at meetings.

Make project activities highlighted in the plan with the support of the project manager. Update or edit the documents and confirm that it is visible for the other members.
Updating and informing the project manager and ask relevant questions if needed. The Project Sponsors role Selection of a proper project manager. Make sure that the projects objectives are tallying with the goals of the organization. Check whether the team members have all the necessary resources to finish the project and receive support from the resource manager if necessary. Review and give approval for the project plan. Support the project manager and team to overcome the problem. Review and approve the final report. The Project Management Principles The Project Structure If a problem arises then it can be a problem of quality, time or either resource. Me as the project manager and my team must be able to face these questions in a very good way. The more details we can rely on the more assurance we will obtain during the planning process. Definition Stage Most of the projects 80%-90% of the project budgets are well defined in the development stage. The costs for modifications depend on the actual status of the project. However, it is exactly the same stage where no budgets have been generated. When we are in this stage only it will give us all the total cost so we should be correct on it. At the same time there is no cost if we alter it would not cost. Clear Goals Here I am in charge of achieving the goals of the project among project team and management. These attaining goals must be SMART (Specific, Measurable, Ambitious, Realistic and Time Frame). In many projects, the goal is not that clear. Therefore, as a project manager I have to make clear the first. Suppose if the organization is in a hurry me as the project manager have to do things perfectly and patiently so that things will not go wrong but there could be mistakes as everything will not go smooth. In order to have an efficient way of communicating is by organizing meetings with the members of the team. This will bring out a good prospect and courage for the team members by separating tasks and discussing the plans. Afterwards the team can support in the project planning.

Transparency about the Project Status To be updated, tools such as Flow chart, structure plan and milestone plan are useful. It is my duty to give a report about the current status of my project and when meetings are held I should be able explain to all about the costs, achievables and the timeline. Risk Recognition When a project is on process then theres lots of risks, however we have known that a project is distinctive attempt with objectives based on costs, performance and activities, the soon I identify the risks the soon I can find a solution in order to replace the risk. Managing Project Disturbances The project manager should be able to recognize the major risks and develop specific strategies, as it is not possible to identify each and every risk. It is essential to consider this and to expect and accept the problems that definitely will occur. As a project manager is should be able to face and solve these. Responsibility of the project manager The manager of a project does not have any decision-making authority. On the one hand, this means a big test to the social ability of project manager and it supports them a lot to develop even more competence that is social. At the same time, it is simply good because the attainment of a project rests on on the point of managerial authority. When the managerial authority is handed over to a project manager means it is the full responsibility of him. Personified responsibility supports a project manager to see through and understand the project and it helps to encourage, the reason is it shows the belief the management has in the individuals.
