Roles & responsibilities 3D modeling of new components using Catia V5 . Highly proficient in Catia V5 Generative Shape Design, Part Design. Generation of injection mould which includes designing of core and cavity, mould lock, slider, injection points etc. Design of tooling Press Tool Design , Forging Dies , Injection Mold. Design , Develop and modify various components as per requirement. Projects Undertaken

Design & develop the heat exchanger for the furnace which includes 2d drawings, 3d model of the recuperator using Powershape (Delcam) and then undertake all the fabrication work for completion & installation. Design & develop the rotary charger which charges 3 ton material at a time in the furnace. This includes design of the chain sprocket drives , gear drives, 2d drawings , 3d models for fabrication and installation. Design & develop the winch mechanism Winch mechanism is designed for the trolley movement from one end to another. Develop the pneumatic controlled furnace door as per the technical drawings .
