PART A Healthy is a word precious and valuable in this life. Good health cannot be traded. When healthy, we certainly have the opportunity to perform daily activities properly thus making our lives more meaningful. However, the study found 59 per cent of Malaysians eat at least once a week at a fast food restaurant and the most preferred time is night, while 71 per cent are willing to buy fast food for breakfast (http://anizyn.blogspot.com). Trends in today's society are too busy boom has prompted the fast food industry as "Mc Donald", "KFC" and so on. This prompted them find shortcuts to take fast food as an alternative to heavy food. Fast food is one among hundreds of snacks or junk food available in the market. Examples of other junk food are chocolate, milk, carbonated water, instant noodles, ice cream, candy and French fries. According to the Kamus Dewan, junk food refers to food that is not very filling and can be categorized as zero nutritional value of food. Do we know that eating large quantities of junk food and frequent uncontrolled, will expose many bad effects to health, psychological and social. Therefore, like the Malay saying goes "prevention is better than cure", so health education is the best solution to increase awareness about healthy eating contributor to a healthy life. The syllabus refers to Primary and Secondary Education Health Malaysia (1999), Health Education is a discipline that allows students to gain experience learning for decisionmaking, increase health literacy and healthy lifestyles. Health education is not just convey information but also health is an on-going process as can assist and facilitate the students to develop knowledge, while learning about positive practices foster a responsible attitude to health issues. The experience of learning and the impact of health education are expected to affect their behaviour in order to obtain a standard health benefit themselves, their families and communities. Although there are educational curriculum in schools, the programs implemented by the Ministry of Health and non-governmental organization (NGO) that aims to increase public knowledge about health can be also classified as a health education acquired in an informal though. For example, the Healthy Kids program launched by Nestle (Malaysia) Berhad in collaboration with the Nutrition Society of Malaysia began in August 2010. Dr Tee, one of the presenters in the program, the children involved in this program have shown a considerable interest only after a year of study with improved knowledge, attitude and practice of nutrition. In the meantime, according to Executive Director of Human Resources and Corporate Affairs of Nestle, Zainun Nur Abdul Rauf, the implementation of this program in a timely manner, as the public and governments are now increasingly

concerned about the case of non-communicable diseases are on the rise.

With Nestle

contribution in terms of nutrition knowledge by using education as a means to help children understand the value of nutrition and physical activity. Thus, there is no doubt that health education is the best option to realize the importance of eating a healthy society. Why do parents need to be aware of the impact of nutrition education related to junk food? The answer is because; proper food intake pattern should start early, that since childhood. Children are the ones closest to the snacks, but parents have the power fortify themselves and educate their children to stay away from foods that are not nutritious. If they have good knowledge about this healthy eating, healthy eating can be started from home. Saying goes, "Is Your Self What You Eat" and this statement is true in terms of health. Dietary patterns to determine state of health because of irregular nutrition health worsened. Furthermore, newspaper reports often state that people with non-communicable diseases such as diabetes, heart disease and kidney disease, high blood pressure and cholesterol levels increase over the years. In fact, a recent study released by a researcher from Oregon Health and Science University, Gene Bowman found snacks open only damage teeth and gain weight but also damage the brain . (Http://www.utusan.com.my) Sugar and salt and preservatives, colourings, flavourings and additives have a negative effect on psychology should be taken continuously even allowed to be used in food processing. Early effects of junk food can we see when a person looks lethargic lethargy, tiredness and sleep in class and do not feel refreshed and eager to continue the daily routine. This situation will result in the loss of productive labour to any one country. For children, the hyperactive behaviour, like Rampage, insomnia and lack of appetite are is the result of eating junk food. If this happens, it will leave a lasting impact on child psychology itself. In fact, around the individual also receives emotional disturbance. It is also important for pregnant mothers to learn about health education deeper. This is because, Rahil Mahyuddin and Habibah Elias (2001), says Head of food not nutritionally unbalanced may bring small children, retarded brain, left out of the motor and neuron-development. Therefore the child to be born healthy is the next child will delight family life itself. His statement is supported by Jasiman Ahmad (2006), he says in a family happiness can only be achieved if parents are able to manage the family when successfully keep children healthy in line with their development. The development of good health from these children will produce a positive psychological development gave birth to a society with a healthy lifestyle.

Statistics of late suggests that 25 to 30 percent of children in Malaysia are facing the problem of obesity (http://www.utusan.com.my ). Dangers of obesity has become a new syndrome of Malaysians have been attributed to excessive intake of fast foods that contain high fat and sugar. If this condition persists, it can leave an impact on the social lives of children and even adults. According Rahil Mahyuddin and Habibah Elias (2001), in some cases, obese can limit social opportunities such as isolation or adolescent peer isolate you. In conclusion, once again asserted that junk food has adverse health effects if we do not choose wisely and take excessive or frequent. Therefore, health education is the best alternative to increase public awareness of healthy food intake. By the user or society will produce a capable and wise in choosing the best food for yourself and family.

PART B The scientists they believe that the climate phenomenon in the earth due to the interaction between the atmosphere, ocean, living organisms, land, rocks and ice over billions duration. This interaction eventually produce weather such as storms, heat, rain, hurricanes and snow in an incredible atmosphere. The scientists warn that climate is changing the world through the most recent data reported by NASA. According to the review body space, the temperature of the earth in a recent 10-year period, the highest temperature ever reported. Earths temperature increased by 0.2 C per decade in 30 years and the average global temperature rise of 0.8 C since 1880. According to a report released by the Goddard

Institute of Space Studies, NASA on Thursday, 19.1.2012 ago, in 2011 ranked as the ninth warmest since 1880. Global surface temperature recorded 12:52 degrees Celsius higher than the optimum temperature in the mid-20th century. Eleven years in the early 21st century, calculated since 2000 (http://www.majalahsains.com) This means that global warming is happening and will trigger a big impact on all living things that occupy this planet. The scientist thinks that there is a relationship between the quantity of gas heat with the green earth, and this is called the greenhouse effect. The greenhouse effect is a concept invented by Swedish chemist named Svante Arrhenius around the beginning of the 20th century. The greenhouse effect is the warming that happens when the concentration of greenhouse gases in a confined space to rise and block heat from escaping easily. This effect is not subject to global warming, but also in any space. The following figure shows how the greenhouse effect traps heat from the sun. When sunlight reaches the earth enters the atmosphere, most of it will be reflected back into the atmosphere as infrared rays that contain heat while partly be trapped by greenhouse gases. Actually most of the chemical compounds in atmosphere act as greenhouse gases. These gases allow sunlight to enter atmosphere based molecules of structure capable of independently releasing light waves. However, the presence of greenhouse gases in atmosphere able to absorb a lot and keep the heat from the infrared rays. Every time we exhale, carbon dioxide will be released into the air. Carbon dioxide is an example of a greenhouse gas that traps heat. Furthermore the development of activities that involve the felling of trees massively contributed to the decline in the rate of absorption of carbon dioxide through the process photosynthesis. There are also other gases that have greenhouse properties, such as naturally occurring gas that is methane and nitrous oxide gases created by humans such as gas for aerosols and CFC to the fridge. Carbon is released into the atmosphere through the burning of fossil fuels, solid waste, and trees. Methane (CH4) is

released during the production and transport of coal, natural gas and crude oil. Methane is also released from livestock and agricultural activities. Additionally Nitrous Oxide (NO2) released during agricultural and industrial activities as well as during combustion of fuel by vehicles and solid waste. The greenhouse effect occurs when the composition of greenhouse gases such as, carbon dioxide, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide rises above normal levels. When the composition increases, the gas molecules of heat storage will trap heat and slows down the process of heat release. With the presence atsmosfera, part of this heat is stored and managed on average to maintain the earth's temperature at 15 C. Overall, the energy balance of nature to help

stabilize the earth's climate. However, with the existence of man-made technology, burning fossil fuels, deforestation, uncontrolled causing an increase in greenhouse gas emissions. This situation upset the balance then there was warming greenhouse effect. This means that the Earth's temperature will continue to rise due to heat trapped in the earth around for centuries.
