Joined with dimension data team in Bharti Airtel and attended the orientation given by the organization guide.

Introduced with my team and became aware of nature and specification of the job in maintaining the data center.

Learnt about the roles ,functions and responsibilities of our team in the data center.

Came to know about work schedule and scope of my team.

Gained knowledge about basics of the data center Technically.

Studied about routers, switches and other basics of Networking.

Studied about the layout, infrastructure and resources needed for a data center to function.

Prepared the transformation process of data center. Learnt about the market of data centers and also the various forms of business associated with it.

Acquired the form of value chain network of data centers.

Became aware of types of services offered by Bharti Airtel data centers.

Came to know that Bharti Airtel is not offering proxy server network services.

Searched for recent difficulties and innovations in the data centers. Discussed with Organization guide on Scope and tittle of the project.

Determined the limitations and the future needs of data centers to survive in business.

On leave to the company. Meeting with faculty guide and got consulted regarding the Topic & Scope of the project.

Got clarified about the tittle and methodology of the summer project.

Started data collection about the existing customers needs, requirements and their feedback about the service provided by Airtel through their data center.

Became aware of the end consumers needs and requirements, also the expectation of Bharti Airtel from dimension data.

Got explained on daily activity which has to be carried out by dimension data team.

Studied about the importance of daily activity/job done by our team.

Collected information about current software and hardware used in this data center.

Determined the software and hardware validity and compatibility and compared it with new products available in market.
