Compensation Plan Ad Click Xpress Compensation Plan How Does A Member Make Money?

Ad Click Xpress (ACX) is an advertising system with a very popular revenue shari ng component - currently, there are three ways in which a member can earn profit : A) ACX Ad Packages Members earn up to $0.20 Daily Sales Commissions on each Ad Package purchased, u p to a maximum of $15.00 for each $10 of advertising purchased. Currently each A d Package costs $10 and gives 200 credits to use for advertising in the ACX Traf fic Exchange. To receive the Daily Sales Commissions, members view a required number of websit es in the ACX Traffic Exchange. After $15.00 of daily sales commissions have bee n reached, the Ad Package expires. B) ACX Ad Panels Expired Ad Packages are then transferred to the ACX Ad Panel program, where 4 ex pired Ad Packages create 1 free Ad Panel, which earns the member a $60 Rebate wh en it fills. To be eligible to receive the generated Rebate, the member views a required number of websites in the ACX Traffic Exchange. Members can also buy Ad Panels with their ACX funds - purchased Ad Panels give 400 advertising credits to be used in the ACX Traffic Exchange. C) Referral Commissions Although it is not necessary to earn income in ACX, by sponsoring others, a memb er can: Earn 10% commissions in Level 1 and 5% in Level 2 for every Ad Package their referrals purchase. Currently, the maximum commission that can be earned is $5, 000 per day for referrals in Level 1 and $2,500 per day for Level 2 in the ad pa ckage system . In the Ad Panel program, when a referral s Panel fills and completes, the spon sor receives a $5 Referral Bonus in Level 1 and a $2.50 Referral Bonus in Level 2. How Does The Company Make Money? The company makes money in a number of ways: Membership upgrades. Ad Package purchases. Ad Panels purchases in the Ad Panel program. Purchases of Accelerators for the Ad Panels. Why doesn't this aggressive compensation plan make the company insoluble? In principle, an active Ad Package is a liability to the company, but an Ad Pane l is an Asset. The member makes money in the Ad Packages System but in the Ad Pa nels System, both the member AND the company make money. ACX uses what's called the DAMM Breakthrough for this to happen. DAMM stands for Double Asset Money Mul tiplier. The principle is based on a single transaction of a member buying a $20 Ad Panel which creates two assets without any corresponding liabilities. It violates the rules of accounting . As soon a member receives his Panel, he stands to receive a

potential asset worth $60. The company ALSO receives a potential asset worth $20 . It takes $80 to fill in enough spots (4) in the Panel to for a payout to occur , whether it is filled by the owner of the Panel s own expired Ad Packages or spil lover from other members in the system. In other words, when an Ad Panel fills a nd completes, it produces $80 where $60 is paid to the member who owns the Panel and $20 is paid to the company. In reality, MANY Panels cycle daily, making bot h the member and the company a lot of money on a regular basis. What Happens If The Cash Flow Turns Negative? For as long as new funds are introduced in the program by regular or new members , the company will always have enough funds to pay out to the members daily. In many of the traditional HYIP programs, as the program grows, there comes a point where the money coming in is less than the daily payouts; the cash flow turns n egative. Another hazard is that the program suffers server downtime or some othe r interruption, causing a loss of confidence by its members. New money stops com ing into the program and it stalls. The program then collapses. In the case of Ad Panels, the only obligation is to pay out $60 when a Panel fil ls. But for that to happen, $80 has to come in first as described earlier. If th e overall program slows down, individual members can always sponsor people to fi ll their Panels and triple their money - they can also buy so-called "accelerato rs", which cause their Panels to fill faster. Their financial destiny is effecti vely under their own control. Also in the case of Ad Panels, there's no incentive for the program owner to "ru n with the money." As the Ad Panel program grows, the number of incomplete Ad Pa nels also grows, creating an accumulation of "$20 assets" that tend to pay more the longer the program continues. To ensure the continuous success of the progra m, the Admin has created for what is called the XpressShift (XS) when the "kill point" occurs, to ensure the cash flow stays positive. When Ad Package's obligat ions (liabilities) become too big, it is necessary to XpressShift it into a new pr ogram. "Running with the money" or shutting down the program would destroy all its accu mulated assets (for which there are no corresponding liabilities). Success in AC X due to the XpressShift feature prevents this from happening. The XpressShift Feature Also known as the Ad Packages XpressShift, it is a conversion of a portion of Ad Packages to Ad Panels. There is a temporary decrease in Daily Sales Commissions due to this conversion. There is, however, usually an exception for the newer a ccounts and ad package purchases - during the first days of shifting an account, the XpressShift will not apply. This eliminates the fear that you cannot promot e to new referrals due to a future XpressShift happening. Under certain abnormal circumstances , a complete XpressShift may have to be done. An example would be if a payment processor were to freeze our account and steal our funds. A complete XpressShift would convert ALL Ad Packages into Ad Panels. The Ad Package program can then be shifted with a different payment processor. Members retain all their Ad Panels and can continue earning from them. (Most mem bers will also most likely be able to recover funds from the "bad" payment proce ssor!) There is no need to fear an XpressShift - the Daily Sales Commissions may take a little bit of a hit temporarily, but it is a necessary feature to keep e veryone earning great income for years to come!
