Ancillary Establishment is the unit that undertakes auxiliary or supplementary activities with the sole purpose of producing one or more common type of goods/services for intermediate consumption within the same enterprise. Sale/Disposal of Assets refers to the actual amount received/realized (not book value) from the sale of assets during the year including the value of assets transferred to other subsidiaries of parent company. Losses and Damages refer to the decrease in the book value of assets due to theft, major catastrophe, and other accidental destructions. 15. INVENTORIES
Report the value of all inventories owned by or under the control of this enterprise at the beginning and ending of 2011. Inventories refer to stocks of goods owned by or under the control of the enterprise as of a fixed date, regardless of where the stocks are located. Goods for resale consist of goods acquired by enterprises, such as wholesalers and retailers, for the purpose of reselling them without further processing, that is not transformed other than by presenting them in ways that are attractive to the customer.
