I make sure to update any records available.
What do you consider to be your greatest strengths and your greatest weaknesses?

When given an assignment, I make sure to get this task accomplished quickly, yet accurately. However, I finish too soon, so that might yield a few errors. But I do double-check my work, and especially so with my supervisors, before I completely finish a task. I also have the tendency to not be aware of certain protocol, but I am able to learn quickly from my mistakes.

I currently work at a community college, so what motivates me to put in great effort is to be able to be a part of the student's success. How do you work under pressure?

When I am working on one assignment, sometimes more assignments are handed to me. I continue working on the first assignment, but I am very focused on getting it finished. Then I usually would complete assignment in the order that they are given to me. I would keep doing that unless an urgent or higher-level assignment was given to me; then, I'd have to finish that first. I am very determined to not get distracted.
