IMPORTANT INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CANDIDATE


1. 2. Admission to the test center will be on production of this admit card only. Candidate to bring one photo identity proof (Driving license/Voter ID Card etc.) in original for verification purpose. 3. Candidate is required to carry with him his own blue/ black ball point pen in adequate numbers. 4. Candidate is advised to make sure about the location of examination centre in advance so that he/she appear for the examination on the specified date and centre at least 30 minutes before commencement of the exam. 5. At the Examination center, the candidate must occupy the seat allotted against his roll number and is expected to maintain discipline. Thus interchanging seats, creating disturbance, exchanging notes, consulting/ talking to each other, seeking/ receiving any help from external means / using mobile phones etc. will result in cancellation of his candidature for the post. Candidates found using unfair means will be disqualified. 6. The admission to the Examination Centre will be allowed from 09:30 AM. Candidates will not be allowed to enter the examination hall after 10:30 AM under any circumstances. They will not be allowed to leave the examination hall till the completion of the test. 7. Mobile phone, pager, electronic calculator, text book, notes, scales and logarithm table shall not be permitted during the test. Candidates have to make their own arrangement to keep these items out of the Examination Centre. 8. The test consists of 2 sections. (1) Aptitude Test: 20 MCQs having 20 Marks, (2) Concerned Discipline/Domain/Subject: 80 MCQs having 80 Marks . Test Duration is 2 hours. 9. There is NO negative marking. 10. Candidate to ensure that his signature and invigilators signature are put (in the space provided for it) on the Admit Card as well as on OMR answer sheet & attendance sheet, failing which the OMR answer sheet will be treated as invalid. 11. Candidate to please hand over the Question booklet & OMR Answer sheet along with Admit Card to the invigilator before leaving examination room, failing which his/her candidature shall be

treated as cancelled and FIR shall be lodged with the nearest police station. 12. Candidate should keep a copy of this Admit Card with him as this Admit Card has to be submitted to the Invigilator at the time of examination. 13. No TA/DA will be paid for appearing for written test/ Interview. 14. MRPL reserves the right to cancel/postpone the process if considered necessary at any stage of selection/screening/appointment. 15. This letter is being issued subject to the condition that you satisfy the eligibility criteria for the post, which will be verified at the time of interview, subject to your clearing the written test. If, at any stage of the Recruitment process it is observed that you are not meeting the eligibility criteria in terms of marks in qualifying examination or age or category or experience as specified in the web advertisement desired for the post, your candidature will stand automatically cancelled. Mere receipt of a call letter for appearing for written test/interview shall not entitle any candidate for selection even if he/she passes the written test , which may please be noted. TA claims if any, of such candidates shall not be entertained. 16. Canvassing directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidature.
