Front End structure / Cabin

Generally all commercial vehicles expect few supplied with front show set assembly and some of them supplied with cabin assembly. All light commercial vehicles normally supplied with cabin and body some time cowl chassis and cabin chassis. The OE Supply of cowl or cowl with cabin is not sturdy when compare with conventional type according to the usage of the vehicle. Based on the above factor some customers removed the front show or cabin assembly and go for the conversional type of front show with cabin. E.g : Refer : Photos A, B, and C

The OE cabin is full of steel Metal pressed and many suppliers are not supply the separate parts to repair OE cabin Eg:- All Tata groups and some of the Leyland Heavy goods vehicle. Why customer prefer to the disposal or conversional type at the time of accident. The cost of the cabin assembly for 3516 TATA jeep comes around Rs. 2,75,000/- and our liability comes around Rs. 2,50,000/- after deducting the Excluded items. For aged vehicle to avoid deprecation the customer is prefers the go for disposal cabin ( Removed form old vehicle, some time removed from new chassis. If above items are availed in the market customer prefers conventional type of front show assembly with cabin. This will save 50% of the liability and also easy to repair when ever accident occurs.

If the customer who prefer for conversional type of cabin for further claims the repair cost comes very less. That is the reason the customer like to go for disposal / conversional type of front show assembly and front show with cabin assembly. What are vehicle customers prefer for disposal / conversional type front show and cabin.
