By the supreme authority of the body sovereigns of the Almighty God:

Comes Now, people of The United States of America republic as defined in the Articles of Confederation of A. D. 1777, the firstunion and source of all powers, non-citizens of the UNITED STATES, Inc., or the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, Inc., a.k.a. body sovereigns, to give Notice to all members of the Roman Curia of the establishment and commission of the environmental court, a supreme court system independent, separate from [without] the courts of the United States, an ecclesiastical common law court in the nature of Article Three of The Constitution for The United States of America, in answer to the Apostolic Letter of July 11, 2013, issued motu proprio of the Supreme Pontiff, FRANCIS, on the Jurisdiction of Judicial Authorities of Vatican City State in Criminal Matters involving persons deemed public officials, members, officials and personnel of the various organs of the Roman Curia and the Institutions connected to it; and the supreme court of the people, a transnational high court authority, is hereby commissioned to hear environmental related matters constituting heinous crimes of violence being committed against the people; acts of genocide and international environmental terrorism; unlawful uses of listed chemical and biological weapons of mass destruction by the corporate members of said Roman Curia; transnational criminal organizations committing environmental crimes against the body sovereigns and their God-given rights to clean water; be the International Common Law Court of Justice established pursuant to enactment by the United States Congress Assembled on October 18th, 1972, Sec. 2, 7 & 9 of Public Law 92500 Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendment of 1972; and in accordance with our God-given rights guaranteed by The Constitution For The United States of America and original Thirteen Articles (ratified March 10, A. D. 1819) of the Bill of Rights Amendment, accordingly, the environmental court is commissioned pursuant to the rights and powers as hereunder defined:

D. 1787, Article Three, the environmental court to prosecute transnational offenses committed against Natures Law, the [International] Law of Nations and the duty of care as defined in the International Law, Sec. n., to administer justice upon federal corporate foreign agent offenders egregious obstruction in the administration of environmental justice knowingly with intent operating in criminal violation of Public Law 92-500 Federal Water Pollution Control Act Amendment of 1972, Sec. 2 and sections 301, 302, 306, 307, 308, and 402, such acts unlawful since July 1, 1973 as defined under section 505, and of which shall be subject to prosecution by federal authorities, said acts construed as piracy, extortion and fraud in the nature of genocide and terrorism, criminal under section 309(c); and on behalf of the body sovereigns of the Almighty God, the authorities of the Transnational Congress for Clean Water Authority, the International Tribunal into Crimes by Church and State and the
