Abstract In the current era of IT, we are in need of a fully automated industrial system. To design an online data acquisition and interactive control system (IDACS) is a difficult part of systems applications measurement, control and automation. The advancement in technology is well reflected and supported by changes in the measurement and control instrumentation. This makes the use of words, a part constructed in the microcontroller's ADC and therefore the resolution is 10 bits in 1024. . The control program in arduino read this post at time intervals pre-determined. The control program reads these values and consequently process. Microcontroller programs are also developed and successfully tested .

II.SYSTEM OVERVIEW

I.INTRODUCTION Interactive online data acquisition and control system plays a major role in the rapid development of the rapid popularization and control in the field of measurement and control systems. It has been designed with the help of is that it makes the system more complicated and not many reliable electrical, electronics and low voltage equipment. This makes the system more reliable and prevents complication. It is the great demand in many consumer applications and industries. This system replaces several complex cable used for data acquisition and use Atmega168 Arduino processor and the data acquisition and control. Data acquisition system is widely used in a number of automatic test and measurement equipment. They are used to collect the necessary data from input peripheral devices, such as meters, sensors, etc. This data acquisition system uses a 10-bit ADC fast available ATmega168 AVR. The ATmega168 has 16K bytes of Flash Program, 512 bytes of EEPROM and 1K byte SRAM. This system can measure all kinds of electrical and non-electrical signals locally and remotely. And be able to control devices remotely. The measured data can be

Figure shows the overview of IDAC system. Every client can access the industry directly without any interaction using internet. IDACS shows Intelligent Data Acquisition and Control System. This system contains single atmega168 processor which is programmed. Atmega168 processor is the heart of this work. It handles two modes at the same time, DAC and internet modes. During DAC mode Processor can measure signals which are coming from various external sources and applications. And it can be used to control the industry machineries by the control instruction sent by client via internet. Client can interact the industry by giving instruction on his own system using internet. During signal measurements Analog to digital converter is very important, because almost every external source is giving analog signal only. This system has an inbuilt 10-bit ADC with 6 analogue input channels. III.IDACS DESIGN IDACS design is the major part in hardware. Atmega168 processor is a Centre core of this system. The general hardware structure of the IDACS is shown in Fig 2. The present data acquisition system makes use of a 10 bit ADC available in AVR microcontroller Atmega168. The ATmega168 has 16K bytes of Flash Program, 512 bytes EEPROM and 1K byte SRAM. This system can measure any kind of electrical and non-electrical signals locally as well as remotely. And it can able to control the devices remotely. The measured data can be displayed on flash magic using serial to Ethernet connector through the internet, and at the same time can be controlled. Atmega168 supports 6 input analogue channels for ADC with 10 bit resolution. The data acquisition system presented makes use of two analogue inputs out of which one can be used for sensing the temperature and the other can be used for sensing the pressure. The system can easily be adopted for additional Analogue inputs.it has 14 digital I/O pins this system makes use of two digital pins one for proximity sensor and other can be used for ac motor controlling. 1. Arduino: An Arduino is a tiny computer that can be programmed to process the inputs and outputs that go to and from the chip. Arduino is what is known as a physical computing platform or incorporated, which means that it is an interactive system using hardware and software can interact with its environment. The Arduino can be used to develop independent interactive objects or can be connected to a computer to retrieve or send data to the Arduino and then act on that data (eg, sensor data sent to the Internet). Arduino is an Atmel AVR microprocessor, a crystal or oscillator (basically a raw clock time that sends pulses to the microcontroller in order to operate at the correct rate) and a 5V linear regulator. Depending on type of Arduino you have, you might have a USB connector so it can be connected to a PC or Mac to upload or retrieve data. The Board sets the microcontroller pins I / S (input / output) to allow connection of the pins to other circuits or sensors. 2. Atmega168: The Atmel ATmega168 is a low-power CMOS 8-bit microcontroller based on the AVR enhanced RISC architecture. By executing powerful set of instructions in single clock cycle, the ATmega168 gains throughputs approaching 1 MIPS per MHz allowing the system designer to optimize power consumption versus processing speed. AVR core combines a large instruction set with 32 registers of general purpose work. All 32 registers are directly connected to the arithmetic logic unit (ALU), allowing two independent registers to access in a single instruction executed in one clock cycle. Features: High pursuance with low power consumption Atmel AVR 8-bit microcontroller.. It has Advanced RISC architecture. 16 Kb of inbuild system-self-programmable flash program memory 512 bytes EEPROM

In the program system programming on-chip boot power brown-out detection reset and programmable. 3. Analog to Digital Converter: The Atmel ATmega168 features a successive approximation 10-bit ADC. The ADC is connected to an 8 channel analog multiplexer which allows eight voltage inputs one constructed from terminal pins of port C. Unipolar voltage inputs refer to 0V (GND). The ADC contains a sample and hold circuit which ensures that the input voltage to the ADC is maintained at a constant level during the conversion. The data acquisition system presented uses two analog inputs, one of which can be used to detect the temperature and the other can be used to detect pressure. The system can be easily adopted for additional analog inputs. 4. RS-232 Communication: RS-232 (Recommended standard-232) is a standard interface approved by the Electronic Industries Association (EIA) for connecting serial devices. RS-232 is a long established standard that describes the physical interface and protocol for relatively low-speed serial data communication between computers and related devices. RS-232 is the interface that your computer uses to talk to and exchange data with your modem and other serial devices. The serial ports on most of the computers use a subset of the RS-232C standard. IV. LM35 TEMPERATURE SENSOR The sensor LM35 is an integrated circuit that can be used to measure temperature with an electrical output proportional to the temperature (in C). they use thermistors (temperature sensitive resistors). How it look like:

Fig: Lm35 Temperature Sensor V.PRESSURE SENSOR The pressure varies smoothly from the surface of the earth to the top of the mesosphere. Despite pressure changes over time, NASA has averaged the conditions for all parts of the world throughout the year. As altitude increases, atmospheric pressure decreases. One can calculate the atmospheric pressure at a given altitude. Temperature and humidity also affect the atmospheric pressure, and it is necessary to know these to calculate an accurate figure. The graph on the right was developed for a temperature of 15 C and a relative humidity of 0%. Features: Development of Industry's Smallest and Thinnest Class Piezoresistive Type Pressure Sensors Industry's small and thinnest class. High resolution of 0.01kPa

Features: You can measure temperature accurately than a using a thermistor. The sensor circuitry is totally sealed and not subject to oxidation, etc. The LM35 generates a high output voltage than thermocouples and may not require that the output voltage be amplified. These sensors use a solid-state technique to determine the temperature. That is to say, they dont use mercury (like old thermometers), bimetallic strips (like in some home thermometers or stoves), nor do

VI.PROXIMITY SENSOR A proximity sensor is a sensor capable of detecting the presence of nearby objects without any physical proximity sensor contact.A often emits an electromagnetic field, or a beam of electromagnetic radiation (infrared, for example), and look for changes in the field or return signal. The object being sensed is known as the proximity sensor target often. Different proximity sensor targets require different sensors. For eg a capacitive photoelectric sensor might be suitable for a plastic target; inductive proximity sensor always requires a maximum distance run this metal that this sensor can detect is defined "nominal range". Some sensors have adjustments of nominal range or means to report a graduated detection distance.Proximity sensors will have a high reliability and long life due to the absence of mechanical parts and lack of physical contact between the sensor and the object detected.
