Throughout his career, John has been involved in loan underwriting, asset management, mergers and acquisitions, bankruptcy matters, and private equity transactions. He has effectively underwritten and managed commercial loans, revolving credit facilities, and mortgage-backed securities for a national finance company, governmental agencies, and private lenders. As a Director at a national asset management and loan advisory firm, John oversaw the resolution of performing and non-performing commercial loans. He has also served as a financial consultant to closely-held manufacturing and distribution companies, including those in bankruptcy. To assist the owners in developing plans for restructuring their businesses, John evaluated operational efficiencies and made recommendations to enhance overall performance. John has been qualified as a business valuation expert in court in Pennsylvania.
