1) Please provide a quick example of a time when you assembled, led and/or motivated a team to successfully complete a critical

goal or project, specifically using an example where the team members were of different backgrounds, personalities or weren't all "buying in" to the plan. I worked in a team to modify the ESD Relay logic to Triconex. I prepared the I/O listing prior to procurement of the system. It was a difficult task to search through all the documentation and some wiring to be traced physically in the running plant without disturbing the plant operation. It involved a lot of pressure for getting permission from the operation and I completed the job successfully

2) Describe a situation where you successfully accomplished a project, even though you did not have adequate training or enough information at the start; what did you do? How did you go about achieving the goal? I worked for modifying the relay based bagging machine logic to PLC system. I worked with my section head and another team mate for Cause and effect & selection of materials .At that point of time we were not trained in any PLC. I got more information from the internet and sharing ideas. We got the job completed in a short span of time without much failure. After commissioning the project we got the training 3) With regard to your college education, what did you think about the specific controls-related courses? What did you find interesting (if anything) about those courses? What do you think would be interesting about DCS/PLC related work? I am really fascinated about the automation and control systems when I visited a sugar plant during my school industrial visit. More over two of my close relatives worked in the Instrumentation field. This made me choose the instrumentation course. I love more experimental part of labs. Most of the plants have adopted DCS &PLC for more errorless productivity & better quality standard and I want to develop more knowledge and skill in the DCS & PLC related field 4) Please describe any instrumentation-related experience as it might apply to Invensys-related activities. I have hands on experience in calibration and trouble shooting of various Pneumatic & electronic instruments like Transmitters, Converters & Controllers .I worked more on loop checking and commissioning the systems. 5) Tell me about a time when you far exceeded your client's expectations. MY superiors always give preference to have me in their team because they trust my job. I, usually put my maximum effort to achieve the best result.
