PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
Orient Power Balloki Shift Engineer at Balloki Power plant in GE (O&M) team. Supervise and involve in the plant for safe, efficient and smooth operation taking care of load demand, O&M recommendations. knowledge of PPA(Power purchase Agreement) related to O&M conditions. Commercial operation of Gas turbines and steam turbines according to load demand of NPCC (National Power Control Centre Islamabad). Communicate with NPCC (National Power Control Centre Islamabad), RCC (Regional Control Centre), SNGPL (SUI Nothern Gas Plant Limited),132 KV grid stations etc. Using 6-Sigma model technique to analyze & improve the process performance. Comprehensive knowledge of 6FA Gas Turbine (GE MS-6001 FA) and its control GE control(MARK-VI) for countinuous operation of Plant,faults and immediate remedial actions. Enhanced Knowledge of Steam Turbines, Steam cycles, HRSG and BOP system. Technical experience working as Feild Engineer. Preparing and tracking the outage plan for the Combustion Inspections and Hot Gas Path Inspections. Processing Plant modification proposals as per plant modification process. Involve in assistance to conduct the Annual Capacity Test (ACT) to determine the Annual Dependable Capacity (ADC) of the Plant. Conducting the Combined Cycle performance test. Conducting Compressor (Online or Offline) Washing and analyzing the Compressor Efficiency and Cooling tower efficiency. (September 2009~To Date) 225MW CCPP with 2*75MW GT(GE MS-6001 FA) and 1*77MW ST(Skoda Power).
