The State Enterprises officers Cooperative Housing Society (Marghzar) does not receive any subsidy, aid or grant from the Government. It is being run through its own resources. Following are the major heads of revenue generation.

Transfer fees of membership. Membership fees. Water Supply charges. Construction penalty charges. Possession charges. Division/Bifurcation charges. Parks Reservation charges. Approach Road charges. Security charges. Map scrutiny charges. Grave yard fund. Miscellaneous.

Outward Expenditure The state Enterprises officers Cooperative Housing Society spent on the following heads of accounts: Salaries, wages& allowances to regular& daily wage Staff. Electricity Bills of tube wells, streetlights, etc. Salaries to Security staff. Contribution to Employees old age Benefit. Contribution to Employees Social Security. Parks Maintenance. Grave yard construction & renovation. Repair & Maintenance Electricity. Repair & Maintenance Roads Repair & Maintenance General. Repair & Maintenance Buildings Entertainment. Conveyance. Advertisement. Postage & Telegram. Sui Gas. Telephone. Communication. Vehicles Running & Maintenance. Internal Audit Fee. Legal & Professionals Table & Stationary. Meeting & Functions Expenses. Miscellaneous Expenses.

Achievements
Engineering Parks. Overall look of the parks have been changed. Numerous new trees have been planted in all parks. Result 85% survival. N& F blocks, Parks have been decorated with fancy garden lights, swing and slide. Members of SEOCHS allowed free entry. At evening security within parks was enhanced. Nursery was established in C block park. Encroachments are being started to remove from within the whole society. Widening of N Block Road in front of Ghousia Restaurant up to entrance. Construction of green verge with kerb stone at 80 feet Approach Road. Removal of encroachments from 80 feet approach road. Development/earth filling in C Block extension area. Completion of new record room. Approval for Construction of Government Degree College for Women (Margzar).

Electricity. Repairing Workshop of transformers has been set up in Societys C Block. New transformer has installed in C Block. Un-authorized connections have been disconnected from A,C,P,and R Blocks. New Street lights were installed at the construction of building on plots. For the sake of Societys member water is being supplied 24 hours basis.

Security Security guards were equipped with walky talky instrument. Left over Boundary wall was constructed. Gates were installed on main entrance of the Society. Introduced Movie Camera for transparency in transfer of plots.

Parks Community center Government Degree College for women (under Construction) Beauty Salon Commercial Markets. Super Store Clinics Medical Store. Schools (Educator, Laps, Al Sirat Public School, Marghzar Public School). Post office. T.V& Net cable.
