III. Organizational and Management Plan Crave Corner proposes to introduce its two tasty products to the consumers.

These products are Choco Balls and Buko Pinya Pie which are offered in good quality and affordable prices. The business focuses on the consumers within the university such as the faculty, staff and students. In order for this business to operate effectively, Crave Corner created an organizational structure of its members. To have an efficient and properly functioning of the business, the tasks were divided to each member. The assigning of tasks to the members is based on their area of expertise. As a result, Crave Corner has an organized workflow process which will lead for the productivity of every member. A structure of clearly defined job roles and functions ensures that the organization operates effectively and efficiently. Through organizational structure, the objectives of Crave Corner will be attainable. Figure 3.1 Organizational Structure of Crave Corner

From the figure above, it shows the organizational structure of Crave Corner which includes the Manager, Financial Assistant, Production Assistant and Marketing Assistant. The given organizational structure is applicable for one semester only. The members must be placed on their area of expertise for the business to function well. The following are the assigned duties to each member of Crave Corner:

General Manager The General Manager is responsible in making decisions for the overall management of the members, finances, selling and production. The decisions made, which involves the business objectives, increases the interests of the consumers to buy the Crave Corners products. The main focus of a General Manager is to engage its members to diverse levels which will help the business for its improvement and effectiveness. He/she directs the members on what tasks should be done, how many products should be produced and establishing standards of performance to every member. With this, it encourages them to perform well in their assigned task which contributes for the success of the business. Financial Assistants The Financial Assistants are composed of two persons, in which they are responsible for the important and complex financial activities in the business. Their roles are very essential for the business because they have to utilize the funds in an efficient way. A minor mistake in their financial decisions and analyses would affect the profitability and growth of the business. Allocation of funds is one of the main functions of Financial Assistants. Funds should

be allocated in an efficient way and optimal use. These Financial Assistants do not plan, procure and utilize the funds of Crave Corner but it also uses some financial techniques to maintain its profitability. With the help of these Financial Assistants, it improves business organization and risk management by providing financial data which will be the basis for the effectiveness and efficiency of operations.

Production Assistants The Production Assistants are composed of two members which involved in the planning, coordination and control of production processes.They are responsible for the efficiency of produced goods and ensuring a cost-effective production. Through this, Crave Corner can utilize its funds in a proper way.

Marketing Assistants The Marketing Assistants are composed of two members wherein they are responsible for creating marketing strategies which will persuade more consumers to buy the products of Crave Corner. Analyzing the preference of customers is the duty of Marketing Assistants which seeks for the right strategies that could satisfy the customers. It is their job also to emphasize the competitive advantage of the products from its competitors. With this, more consumers will be delighted with the Crave Corners products.
