Glow Networks Corporate Recruiter/Online Talent Acquisition Specialist

Successfully recruited exclusively for Cisco Networking Engineers and Radio Frequency Engineers for Telecom Carriers and Telecom OEMs. The certifications for Cisco sought were CCIE (Routing and Switching, Security and Service Provider (SP), CCNP, and CCNA (all with a Routing & Switching or Service Provider Specialty). The technologies sought for RF were CDMA, LTE, GSM, WiMax, etc. Singlehandedly and successfully rescued a top-tier 11 year client relationship, which was threatened with dissolution and had been downgraded to 2nd Tier Vendor status, to a restoration of 1st Tier Vendor status in less than 3 months.
