New from Scott Safety, the "Smart Fill" auto cascade compressor charging system
Auto Cascade is a feature that frees the operator from having to select which cascade bank to use for charging the BAC (Breathing Air Cylinder). The result is more efficient use of the operators time by letting him or her concentrate on safely loading and unloading BACs. The system was designed for easy installation into any breathing air system. The Smart Fill works with or without a compressor, on both stationary & truck-mounted units. A fully pneumatic system, it requires no electric power, offering continual operations, even in the event of a loss of power. The system requires minimal training. No operator interface is needed. User only needs to know how to fill cylinder in normal fill station operation. The unit is simple to maintain and troubleshoot from a service standpoint (easy access to components, easy to remove, easy to replace, simple troubleshooting procedures)

X4 Controller
The Scott X4 Compressor Controller provides ultimate command of your Scott breathing air system. Designed to monitor and control the compressors operations, the X4 Controller provides features that ensure clean, breathable air to each storage cylinder and safe operations for the user. In addition to monitoring discharge air temperature and oil level, it can measure and stop air flow at high CO and dew point levels. This programmable, user-friendly controller alerts for service and collects data of the compressor usage. It is available in the following four configurations, in six languages: standard, with either CO or dew point monitoring, and with both CO and dew point monitoring.
