Designed an All Digital Phased Locked Loop(ADPLL) and customized it to serve as frequency synthesizer for GSM applications Optimized the layout area and reduced noise in the output by improving the resolution of ADPLL Achieved a 64% decrease in energy consumption as compared to the traditionally used Analog PLL
