Description: This project deals with the energy preserving and reduction of human efforts in maintaining the facility ambience parameters like temperature, humidity and differential pressure. Bharat Biotech International Limited (BBIL/Bharat Biotech), Hyderabad, India, is a multidimensional biotechnology company specializing in product-oriented research, development and manufacturing of vaccines and biotherapeutics. The project started with DQ approval and erection of instrumentation resources and programming of PLCs and SCADA based on Gantt chart. Responsibilities: Analyzed all the eight facilities for cabling, conduits and tray works. Client approvals of all project qualification documents and their amendments by direct communication with the client. Material handling and approval of delivery challans. SCADA design which include communication with PLCS and design of alarm, trends and report GUIs with centralized database MS SQL 2008 using Management studio. PLC programming and tag configurations. Attended snag list rose by the client and successfully addressed it. Obtained project completion certificate along with valid attestation from client. Appeared onsite for knowledge transfer within my team and successfully handover my tasks without any escalations. Successfully provided SOP training for operation by client. Description: This project deals with change of the whole Sony Ericsson CWS site with new rebranding changes in different sections. Bourn Hall Clinic is easily accessible and traceable at its IVF centre as it is the only IVF centre in INDIA. It provides world class amenities catering to the problem of infertility at an affordable price. It is endowed with a team of proficient gynecologists and obstetricians as well as the most contemporary technology. The project started with Gantt chart approval and erection of instrumentation resources and programming of PLCs and SCADA considering the time as major constraint. The completed project was validated by third party validators. Responsibilities: Analyzed three facilities (i.e. Andrology, virology and OT) for cabling, conduits and tray works.
