Pramod Saxenais the Founder & Managing Director of Oxigen Services (India) Pvt. Ltd. Oxigen, a company that has fast grown into one-stop online payment solution for various services, using an IT enabled platform that connects over 75,000 customer touch points. These customer touch points are growing fast and will reach 2, 50,000 over the next two years. Oxigen has a number of innovative products like Oxicash, which is an innovative payment mechanism and has evolved into an E Wallet accessible from PCs and Handheld devices with GPRS connectivity and over simple SMS as well. A Chemical Engineer from IIT Roorkee,,in a career spanning 30 years, Pramod has worked in various capacities and was largely associated with Essar Group, DCM Group and Motorola. His rich and varied experience spans Telecom, Steel, Petro Chemicals & & the Fertilizer industries where he has held

responsibilities for acquisitions and mergers, setting up green field projects, joint ventures and managing business operations. He has been associated with the Essar Group in various capacities as a part of their Senior Management team, overseeing some of its strategic business initiatives in the areas of Telecom and BPO including the largest of its time in India, USD 1.1 Bn acquisition of BPL Mobile's operations across multiple circles. Pramod was the CEO of Essar Group's Telecom Business (1994-98)) and was responsible for many business expansions of the Group. Under his stewardship, he led Essar's foray into Telecom including a joint venture with Swisscom and Hutchison. He was responsible for Essar acquiring and building the mobile networks for Delhi, UP, Rajasthan, Haryana and Punjab as also a fixed lines license for Punjab. He was President for Motorola Inc. (1998 2004 for Continental India).As the General Manager & Executive Director, Asia Pacific Global Telecom Solutions Sector, Motorola India, he shepherded Motorola into becoming the leading cellular (GSM & CDMA) infrastructure provider. He is on the Advisory Board of Lemko Corp.,a Chicago based Telecom Technology Company engaged in development of next generation technology for low cost mobile networks targeted at rural and low density areas. Having been involved with the Telecom industry for over 15 years, he brings a strong understanding of the industry, Indian players and the operators as well as technology and equipment supplier. His other major accomplishments for Essar group include setting up of a 4 million ton integrated Iron-ore pellet complex, Essars acquisition of 30% equity stake in ILVA (Italian Steel Co - third largest in Europe) through a USD 1.0 Bn LBO deal, and 100% equity acquisition & financing of a textile mill in Mauritius and the turnaround of a large BPO business operation in the USA, among others.

He worked in the capacity of CFO with Hutch Essar, DCM Benetton and Agrani Convergence. At Hutch Essar, he handled the corporate finance, treasury and company law matters involving large amount of fund raising and equity structuring. He was associated with setting up of retail chain of Benetton in India. At Agrani (A Zee TV group company), he was associated with setting up of the retail and distribution business across India. MANAGEMENT KB LAL CEO KB Lal is a senior Telecom Professional with over 45 years of experience. He was a key member of the core team which established the Centre for Development of Telematics (C.Dot ). As its Director, he was responsible for developing its entire range of switches from 256Port RAX to large 30K Port MAXXL. As senior C-Dot Essar Telecom , he established the basic Telecom Services network in Punjab. Subsequent he was President ( R&D ) for HFCL group. He is heading ITS since late 2008.

Drive test We carryout Drive tests for GSM, CDMA LX and EVDO networks for various operators through Ericsson & Huawei across India. Benchmarking & Optimization We undertake Benchmarking and Optimisation of the CDMA EVDO & GSM networks and have also added the capability of measurements on 36 networks.

TRAINING Last few years have seen exponential growth of telecom, especially cellular communications in the Country. Tele density has jumped manifold to 16%, Even after this, exponential growth continues, scope of growth, therefore, is immense and whilst, the main equipment hardware and software is obtained from OEM MNCs, gap between available and trained manpower is increasing every day. Our Engineering Colleges do produce a large number of telecom and IT engineers. However they need specialized training to be usefully employed in the cellular industry. Infinite Telesolutions Private Limited (ITS) being a major vendor of managed telecom services, needs a large number of trained engineers. With this in view, a training facility was created in June 2006 to train young graduate engineers in specific requirements of cellular industry. This had a capacity of 16 students for a course of 23 working days.
