the Thankful for those who thank You, the Rememberer of those who mention You. I pray You for I need You; and I desire for You for I am in want of You; and I resort to You for I am terrified; and I weep before You for I am distressed; and I seek Your aid for I am weak; and I depend upon You for I trust in none save You; (please do) decide between our people and us with the truth, for they have deceived us, cheated us, disappointed us, betrayed us, and killed us. We are verily the progeny of Your Prophet, and the sons of Your beloved one, namely Muammad ibn `Abdullh, whom You have chosen for the Divine Mission and for keeping Your Revelation. So, (please so) prepare a way out and a relief for us,

out of Your mercy; O the most Merciful of all those who show mercy.

AMAAL FOR 13T, 14TH, 15TH

Aamaal for 13, 14 and 15 (Ayyaam-e-Beez)

Recite Ziyarat of Imam Husain (a.s.)New

13th, 14th and 15th of Rajab, Shaa-baan and Ramzan are know as Ayyaam-e-Beez (the days of surpassing splendour) [Imam Jaa-far bin Muhammad As Saadiq (A.S.) had said: Whoso prays during the nights of Ayyam Bayz, in fact, stands at the door of superabundant favours, bounties and benefits available in these months].

It is highly desirable to observe fast on 13, 14 and 15, have a bath each day, and give alms in the way of Allah. In the night of Ayyam Bayz pray a 12 Rak-at Namaz as under (i) In the night of the 13th pray 2 Rak-at:

In each Rak-at recite Soorah Al Faatihah, Soorah Al Yaa Seen, and Soorah Al Mulk. (ii) In the night of the 14th pray 4 Rak-at: in 2 sets of 2 2 Rak-at, each exactly a (i), (iii) In the night of the 15th pray 6 Rak-at: in 3 sets of 2 of 2 Rak-at, each exactly a (i), (4) In the night of 15th: (i) (ii) Recite Ziyaarat of Imam Husayn bin Ali (A.S.) Pray the following 12 Rak-at Namaaz in 6 sets of 2 Rak-at each:

In every Rak-at recite: Soorah Al Faatihah Soorah Al Ikhlaas Soorah Al Falaq Soorah Al Kaafiroon Soorah Al Naas Soorah Al Qadr Aayaatul Kursee Tasbihaat ul Arbaa After every Salaam recite 4 times: 4 times 4 times 4 times 4 times 4 times 4 times 4 times 4 times

Allah! Allah! My Lord! I associate not anything with Him. I choose no protecting friend beside Him. That which Allah wills (come to pass). There is no might and no strength save in Allah, the Hightest, the Almighty

(5) on 15th (i) Pray Namaaz of Salman Farsi. A 10 Rakat Namaaz Pray in 5 sets of 2 rakat each .In every Rakat recite Sura Faatihah , once ,Sura Ikhlaas 3 times& Sura Kafiroon 3times.

Then after salaam raise both your hands towards the sky & recite LAA ILAAHA ILLALAAHU WAHDAHOO LAA SHAREEKA LAHOO LAHUL MULKU WA LAHUL HAMDU YUHYEE WA YUMEETU WA HUWA HAYYUN LAA YAMOOTU BI YADIHIL KHAYR WA HUWA ALAA KULLI SHAY-IN QADEER (There is no god save Allah,no one other than him;sovereignity belongs to HIM .all praise is for HIM alone,gives life,puts to death,(because)HE is everliving ,Immortal;in His hand is the goodHe is able to do all things) Then say ALLAAHUMMA LAA MAANI-ALIMAA AA-TAYTA WA LAA MUATIYA LIMAA MANAA-TA WA LAA YANFA-UDAL-JADDI MINKAL JADD .(O my Allah there is no obstacle when thou gives , and there is no access to anything when thou puts a stop; there is no profit in exerting ones self in a matter when thou looks the other way ) & recite the following:

The one true God! Single! Unique! The eternally besought! He did not choose any associate nor a son

ILAAHAN WHIDAN AHADAN FARDAN SAMADAA LAM YATTAKHID SAAHIBATAN WA LAA

(ii) (iii) Recite Ziyaarat of Imam Husayn bin Ali (A.S.) Pray 4 Rak-at Namaaz in 2 sets of 2 Rak-at each. After Salaam recite the following duaa:

O my Allah! O He who puts the proud tyrants to shame! O He who glorifies the faithfuls! Thou was my choice at once when I came across many schools of thought (religions), Thou brought me into existence, a favour to me, though Thou was able to dispense with my creation, not needing me at all. If not for Thy mercy I am of those who perish. Thou makes available reliable support to have an upper hand over my adversaries. If not for Thy help I am of those who shatter and break into pieces. O He who sends forth mercy from its permanent selfgenerating origin, and brings out blessing from its depository. O He who has reserved for Himself that which is the highest, and the loftiest, so His intimate friends, on account of His might, vie in honour and glory. O He before whom bend low the rulers, their necks burdened with the yoke of disgrace and abasement, panicstricken, scared stiff, in awe of His absolute power. I beseech Thee in the name of Thy Supreme Being that derives its meaning from Thy timeless eternal greatness, I beseech Thee in the name Thy timeless eternal Greatness that derives its meaning from Thy omnipotent authority; I beseech Thee in the name of Thy omnipotent authority with which Thou occupied the Arsh, and created all that which has been created by Thee; so they, unto Thee, are very obedient, to send blessing on Muhammad and on the people of his house.

DUA FOR LAST DAY SHABAN

Dua'a FOR LAST DAY(s) OF SHA`BAN

Imam al-Ridha(a.s) is reported as saying, If one observes fasting on the last three days of Sha`bn and attach it to the obligatory fasting of Ramadan, Almighty Allah will decide his as observing fasting in two consecutive months. Abul-alt al-Harawiy has narrated that when he visited Imam al-Ridha (a.s) on the last Friday of Sha`ban, the Imam said to him, Abul-alt: The majority of Sha`ban has passed. This is the last Friday in it. You should thus settle what you have missed in this month by working hard in the rest of it. You may supplicate, seek forgiveness of Almighty Allah, recite the Holy Qur'an, and repent before Almighty Allah from your sins so that you receive the month of Ramadan with pure sincerity to Almighty Allah. You must fulfill all the trusts that you are liable to settle; and do not bear malice against any of your brethrenin-faith; and you must give up any sin that you commit. Fear Almighty Allah and trust in Him in secret and openly, for If any one puts his trust in Allah, sufficient is (Allah) for him. For Allah will surely accomplish his purpose: verily, for all things has Allah appointed a due proportion. 65/3 In the rest days of Sha`ban, you may repeat the following supplication very much for Almighty Allah saves many people from Hellfire on account of the sanctity of this month: O Allah: If You have not forgiven us in the past days of Sha`bn, (please do) forgive us in the rest of it.
faghfir lana fima baqiya minhu The Last Night of Sha`bn allhumma in lam takun ghafarta lan fm ma min sha`bna

Shaykh al-siy has narrated on the authority of rith ibn Mughrah al-Nariy that Imam al-Sadiq (a.s) used to say the following supplication at the last night of Sha`bn and the first night of Ramadhan:

In the name of Allah the Beneficent, the Merciful. O` Allah! This is the blessed month in which was revealed Quran a guidance for men-kind and clear evidence of guidance and discrimination (of the right from the wrong) is being witnessed by us. You therefore keep us healthy in it and keep us sound in our faith in it and accept it from us in a state of prosperity and health granted to us by You. O` Allah! I ask You to provide me with a way towards all good and keep me away from all that You likes not- O` the Most Merciful! O` Who forgave me and forgave me all my misdeeds committed secretly. O` Who punished me not for my disobedience! Your forgiveness. Your forgiveness! Your forgiveness! O` the Generous! O` my Allah! You did admonish me but I responded not, You did chide but I cared not for it, what excuse have I now? Pardon me O` the Generous! Your pardon! Your Pardon! O` Allah! I beseech you for ease at the time of my death and forgiveness at the time of reckoning (on the day of resurrection). Sins of Your slave are great (in number) but forgiveness from You should serve my purpose well. O` the One deserving to be feared and fitted to pardon. Your pardon!
