THE PUBLICATION BCI Asia Construction Bulletin reports on building and construction projects in Southeast Asia, Hong Kong, and Macau. Projects are researched locally by highly qualified in-house research staff. Projects are monitored from their inception through various phases of planning, design, tender and contract award through to early construction. PROJECT CATEGORIES Projects are classified into 19 categories for easier reference. PROJECT STAGES Projects are listed in order of their stage of development. Stages are defined as follows: Competition Concept Design Documentation Tender Post Tender Construction Architectural, interior and other construction-related design competitions Concept or schematic design is underway Project plans are being drafted for planning approval Specification and working drawings are being drafted Bids are being called for Main Contractor Tender has closed Main Contractor has commenced work on site. 1. The type of project by major category, e.g. hostel, industrial , retail, office allows the user to identify the projects most relevant to him. 2. The stage of the project gives up-to-date information on how far the project has advanced. 4. The project name and address allows quick and reliable reference at a glance

3. The project code- is a unique code for each project allowing the user to track the progress of a project, to add new information overtime and to assign the project to a specific sales representative.
