    The extreme fibre elongation> 5%, thus, HEAT TREATMENT as per UCS-56 is NOT REQUIRED As refer to UCS-79 (d), when the extreme fiber elongation is more than 5% from the as-rolled condition and any of the condition stated exist. Since, a) the vessel contain no lethal subtances b) the materials require no impact testing c) the thicknessdoes not exceed 5/8" (16 mm) before cold forming the vessel does not required HEAT TREATMENT unless the reduction by cold forming from the as rolled thickness is more than 10% and the temperature of the material during forming is between 250oF to 900oF.
