ALLEGATION At about 6:35 a.m. of March 20, 2013, Ma.

Angela Pineda was allegedly kidnapped by four (4) armed men boarding a red Toyota Revo with Plate # WES 227 along Tandag National Highway Suspects: 1. Diosdado Santos, a resident of P2, Poblacion, Ozamis City; 2. AKA Kumander Kidlat and two(2) other John Does.

OFFENSE Kidnapping (Art. 267 RPC)

ELEMENTS Elements: Victim is minor (14 y.o); With force and intimidation; By group of armed men (by band); With demand for Ransom (P10 Million).

AVENUES OF INQUIRY Elements: Interview/secure testimony of the witness and parents of the victim; Employ/informed the HPG office; Informed the CIDG office. Informed the Provincial/Regional Intelligence Office.
