Project Description: Aim of the project was to build a Process Integration for Collections Management for Siebel CRM with Oracle BRM systems. Oracles Collections Management process is delivered through Oracle BRM, Siebel and AIA. BRM is responsible for generating collection actions and Siebel is responsible for performing these actions. The BRM business administrator defines a collection scenario and associates the scenario with a sequence of actions that must be performed. The BRM collections process identifies bill

units that require some action to be taken. The collections actions are synchronized across Oracle AIA to Siebel in the form of credit alerts, associating these to CRM Billing Profiles. The eTOM business process framework is being used as a basis for the implementation of the VF Collections requirement For Collections; the primary eTOM business process is the Manage Customer Debt Collections processes. Responsibilities: Involved in implementing ProcessDCACollectionsProfileSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl which takes care of Identifying invoices which are overdue for payment. Involve in another implementation of ProcessCollectionsProfilePauseScenarioSiebelCommsReqABCSImpl which allows A CRM user will be able to pause the currently active collections scenario by pressing a Pause scenario button on the Billing Profile. Involved in creating of ProcessPaymentPlanSiebelCommsReqABCS is a mediator which holds operations like create, cancel, and update of payment plan it will route the Request and response to the EBMS.

Project Description: Aim of the project was to build an end-to-end integration for Siebel CRM with various local ERP systems. The project implementation was two-fold with phase-1 aiming at building a Next Generation CRM providing canonical objects exposed from Siebel CRM via integration (Normalization). Phase-2 was Localization; it aimed at completing the integration, coupling the normalized CRM layer with the other legacy applications for various business processes. Responsibilities: Involved in implementing Asset Modification which takes care of creation of user, modification user details etc. Involved in another implementation of Number Portability which is used to change the numbers from one to another.

Involved in creating canonical Xsds according to requirement with restrictions. Worked on unit testing end to end Worked on another implementation called TransOwnership which helps the customers to change ownership from one to another.

As a result the FAP project is not limited to integrating systems just within Vodafone's cloud but rather it extends integration points that are cross-company between Vodafone and HoL. Project Description: Developed an application at Progressive Insurance Clients site which gives the information about the Insurance Processing. Progressive deals with all processes of insurance. Mainly this is divided into 4-modules according to their functional aspects like Policy module, Premium Collection, Accounting Admin and Claim & reporting modules. The policy module deals with all policy related issues such as customer, quotations and application submission. After successful completion of policy processing, customer will be given Risk ID. Accounting module deals with all accounts related processes like deposits, commissions and adjustments. Claim a module includes the claiming by a customer in case of loss, and processing that claim. Admin module deals with administration. This allows the administrators to create users and groups. The security is implemented in terms of login and privileges. Logically related tasks are grouped into sub modules within each modules based on the functionality. All modules talk to each other in life cycle of a policy. Roles & Responsibilities: Developed Web forms for registration, to update the policy installment pages and application logic in ASP.Net, C# utilizing the power of Microsoft .NET Framework. Involved in analysis, design and coding the Accounting module using C# which deals with the clearing of checks, updating the corresponding policy in database. Used ADO.Net in connecting to Data Access management with SQL Server. Designed and developed the C# components for implementing business logic which is used to do the transactions on database in middle tier using ADO.NET. Designed and developed the required SQL stored procedures, triggers and database functions.

Handled Configuration (Session, authentication and authorization) for the online deposit of the checks by the customer and creating user login and privileges. Deployment of web services for online transactions using C# and exposed them through SOAP and HTTP.
