Through faults conditions correspond to system S.C. level on any tap position. Current Transformer should be suitable for C.T 33 KV for class and ratio. (d) Three,3 phase sets of Voltage transformers with an output class and accuracy suitable for the following duties:1. Measuring instrument 33/3 : 0.11/3 kv. 2. (b) One 2000 A, Vacuum circuit- breaker, complete with first filling of insulating medium, a spring operated, power closing, 110V d.c. motor charged, operating mechanism, complete with an electrical release device, operating handle for emergency hand charging of the spring, and all necessary auxiliary switches and interlocks. (c) One, 3 phase set of current transformers with an output class and accuracy suitable for the following duty:(i) overcurrent and earth fault protection and instruments ratio 2000/1/1 A.
(d) Three,3 phase sets of Voltage transformers with an output class and accuracy suitable for the following duties:1. Measuring instrument 33/3 : 0.11/3 kv. 2. Synchronizing .
(e) One set of padlocks and keys. (f) One set of anti- condensation heaters. (g) Incorporated on the switchpanel shall be:(i) Circuit breaker control switch open/ close. C - D.C. EQUIPMENT
All the substation covered by this Specification are to be capable of being extended, and consequently the station battery systems shall be designed to be uprated with the minimum of disruption . (a) 2-110 V batteries of the nickel cadmium high performance type with stands and accessories having a combined capacity to supply the requirements of up to seven 33kv indoor metal clad circuits for and seven 11kv indoor metal clad circuits for a 12 hour period under the site environmental conditions. At the end of this period, the voltage level and remaining capacity shall be adequate for a full operation of the busbar protection . (b) Two sets of main battery withdraw able fuses in wall mounted box to be mounted outside battery room with through wall copper connections into the battery room, and bottom entry cable gland plate. (C) Two sets of copper connections, connectors and fixings within the battery room from the 110V batteries to the wall mounted fuse- box. 110 V battery charger board consisting of floor mounted sheet steel cubicles with rear access doors and containing all necessary anciliary equipment, busbar, etc., and including :Two chargers each with rated output to supply 100% of the float and boost charge requirement of the batteries specified. The chargers shall normally work in parallel, but shall be suitable for isolation for fault location or maintenance purposes. Each charger shall be complete with the following :Boost charge switch with automatic timer. Input a.c. supply switch and fuses. Output d.c. double pole switch and fuses. Output d.c. ammeter, flush type, 100mm dial. Output d.c. voltmeter, flush type, 100mm dial. Charge failure relay to give remote alarm and local indication . Voltmeter and auxiliary circuit double- pole fuses. Cable gland plates . C-3 one set of manual changeover equipment, including counter emf diodes if required. The following fuctions are required from this changeover equipment:(a) connect either charger to both batteries, the other being isolated . (b) connect both chargers in parallel to both batteries . (c) connect either battery to a charger, the substation load being fed from the other battery and charger . 110 V d.c. distribution board of floor mounted sheet steel cubicle rear access doors and containing all necessary anciliary equipment, busbars, complete with connections to chargers and batteries, and including:(a) Battery input/ ouput d.c. ammeter, flush type, 100mm dial with high/1ow sensitivity switch .

E-1-2 11 KV POWER CABLES AND ACCESSORIES a) From 11kv cable box on transformer to cable box on 11kv indoor switch 10MVA, 3 phase cable circuit comprising 11kv three single XLPE cable . b) From indoor 11kv switch panel to 11kv OHL, 3 phase 4 circuits total 800 meter either single core ie .3x1x240mm2cu /XLPE/SWA/PVC or 3x240 mm2 cu /XLPE/SWA/PVC .
