OFFER FOR 250 KG CAPACITY KITCHEN WASTE BASED BIOGAS PLANT

A. ANKURs Scope of Work and Supply Our Scope of work 1. Design and Engineering of the Biogas Plant. Complete design of the Biogas Plant Civil work and fabrication. Preparation of Technical Specifications for Civil Work, Installation and Commissioning details, Operation & Maintenance manual. 2. Biogas Reactors: Adequate capacity biogas reactor will be provided having total effective volume to process 250 kg per day Kitchen. The reactor will have provision for slurry inlet, digestate outlet, slurry re-circulation and gas outlet. The reactor will be equipped with necessary safety and measuring / gauging devices. 3. Material supply for the Biogas Plant. Gas Holder Option - I - Gas holder will be made using 5 mm MS sheet, MS pipe and angle iron as per the drawings prepared by us and approved by you. Gas holder will be painted with epoxy paint. Option II - Gasholder will be made using stainless steel (SS 409) sheet. All structural including angles as well as pipes etc. will continue to be in MS. One biogas burners of 1 cu/h capacity

4. Erection, Commissioning & Installation Commissioning guidance for the Biogas Plant. Installation of the Biogas Plant Gas Holder and relevant accessories at site and Operational trial of the Plant. Installation of the Biogas Plant Gas Holder and relevant accessories. B. Customers scope of work 1. You will arrange required obstacle free space prior to erection, commissioning and installation work, as per drawings furnished by us.

All biogas plant piping work required to be carried out from Gas Holder unit to the point of actual utilization are to be done by you. Moreover, any repair work of the existing piping system, if required, is also to be carried out by you.

Necessary crane and equipment handling tools required for installation of the Biogas Plant is to be arranged by you at site prior to commissioning of the plant. However, the same will be intimated by us in advance.

You will arrange around 2 Tons of cattle dung and charge it into the plant for initial culture development. And also you will have to make provision for water supply near the plant. You will arrange necessary manpower required for commissioning and operation of the plant. However, we will guide your designated person for controlled feeding and gradual increase in quantity of kitchen waste so that developed culture gets acclimatized properly.

You will arrange to size the Kitchen waste to be fed into the plant. You are required to arrange a permanent source of water nearby the Biogas Plant, to meet up its operational requirements. The arrangement for the disposal of digested slurry of the Biogas Plant is to be made by you; and the same is to be intimated to us well in advance, so as we can design the waste outlet arrangements.

C. Water and electricity Necessary water and electricity required during complete project execution work are to be arranged by you for 24 hrs a day. Moreover, a permanent source of water is required to be arranged beside the Biogas Plant for its operational requirements thereafter. D. Boarding & Lodging: We will deploy a dedicated team of engineers for successful handling of the project, stage by stage. You are required to provide us decent boarding and lodging facility at site at free of cost. Also required office arrangements for our engineers are to be provided by you during the subject project execution at free of cost.

Kindly note that; the Civil Work may be taken care of by Customer. Ankur Scientific will be furnishing the necessary civil drawings for the same. **The Civil Construction cost depends on a number of parameters, such as the Soil structure, accessibility of the site etc. For current offer we have considered load bearing capacity of soil as 10MT/m2 at 1 meter below ground level and site is well accessible. Final civil cost would be worked out based on actual site conditions later. The above prices quoted are on ex-our works Gothada, Dist. Baroda basis. Freight, Packing, Octroi, Insurance and Taxes are to be paid at actual by you, at the time of delivery. Just for your information, the systems currently do not have any excise. Erection and Commissioning charges will attract a service tax of 12.36%. At present, the CST is 2% against Form `C and GST (VAT) is 5%. The Form `C is to be sent along with your purchase order otherwise 5% CST will be applicable. # In case if you find the waste generation data is not matching with, what you have communicated us; please let us know the same prior to your order; so as required technical design-engineering modifications can be made accordingly. In the same regard, if needed we may submit you our revised quote, in reference to amended data.

Further to this, please ensure to put on paper, the waste generation (kg/day) at your premises, along with your purchase order. ## Our above quote is excusive of piping work.

TERMS & CONDITIONS Force Majeure Our company shall not be liable for failure of its performance guarantee or penalty, if and to the extent that, its delay performance or other failure to perform its obligations under the contract in the event of Force Majeure condition. `Force Majeure means an unforeseeable event beyond the control of company like fire, flood, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, earthquake, strikes, riots, state emergency etc. and not involving the companys fault or negligence. Taxes and Duties All Taxes (service tax and VAT) and duties (excise duties, Road Taxes, etc.) are to be paid by you at actual as applicable at the time of dispatch, as applicable over and above the prices quoted by us. Transportation & Insurance Charges Fabricated material, pipes, valves, construction material, etc. will be transported to your site by us. However, all transportation and Insurance charges are to be born by you. Our above quote is exclusive of all transportation and insurance charges. Also all required road transport permits, etc. documents are required to be arranged by you prior to dispatch. Payment Terms 50% - Interest free advance along with the work order. 50% - Against Performa invoice before delivery. **All the payment shall be made to us in either at par Vadodara cheques or DD. Project progression Schedule We propose approximately 18 weeks, for completion of complete project & another 5 weeks in making it operational for gas generation; from the date of receipt of technically and commercially clear purchase order along with advance. However, detailed project progression schedule will be submitted within a week after receipt of technically and commercially clear project purchase order / agreement. Validity Our offer shall be valid for a period for 30 days from the above date. It is subject to our written confirmation thereafter.
