QUE ES LA ACCIN DE TUTELA?

Es la garanta constitucional del derecho que tiene toda persona a la proteccin judicial de sus derechos fundamentales a travs de un recurso efectivo. MARCO LEGAL DE LA ACCIN DE TUTELA El marco legal se basa en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 el cual trata del reglamento para el ejercicio de la accin de tutela.
