Yes, the we can purchase the testing equipments for the testing of various equipments. Presently we are sub contracting the testing to other parties, by having our own kit we can save time & cost. The other advantage are as o Less Costly o Control of Work o Time Saving o Money Saving o Learning new skills o Own Asset But the liabilities or disadvantage are as followo Small Volume of work o Headache to maintain the kit or maintenance o Employment of Additional Staff But considering the cost of kit Rs. 30, 00,000/- if company buys the amount of Rs. 8, 00,000/- can be saved at one site which we sub contract & the use of kit is 2-3 months. If we use at other site round the year we will be able to save Rs. 24, 00,000/- in year. So by considering this we can calculate payback period as one& half year & leads to company own assets. What criteria have you used to select vendor/s. The criteria for the selection of vendors are as follow.o Technical Capability First & the foremost criteria of selection of vendor is the technical capability. Whether the vendor is in position or technically sound to meet our requirement or he would compromise in quality . o Schedule Meeting Even if he is technically competent, but if he is engage in priority or if he not matching our schedule we have to explore others. o Past Performance Here performance refers to the commitment, quality & the longetivity of the equipments produced or supplied by him. o Payment Terms & Financial Conditions- We will see his payments terms & financial conditions of the company in the market. Whether the company stand on its own or in liability, so that to ensure that we will get our material on time irrespective of market conditions.

Technical Support & Services Only selling the product does not mean good business. It also comprises of after sells service. We will also consider his quick response in requirements for services & technical sharing of knowledge. Reference- We will also consider the reference if it is justifiable.
