The Vodec P3-Resistel is an ATEX certified explosion-proof telephone instrument designed to provide reliable two-way full duplex voice communications in severe climatic and industrial environments. The unit is certified to enable safe usage in Zone 1 locations and has an extended operating temperature range. It is suitable for use in saliferous salt laden atmospheres and high dust areas. Paging A P3-Resistel user has two dedicated Paging keys fitted which are additional to the standard key pad fitted to regular telephone sets. These keys give immediate access to the loudspeaker broadcast system on a Push to talk basis. Release of the Push to Page key automatically routes the P3-Resistel subscriber to the Party bus within the P3-VXS central switch.
