Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health, even as thy soul prospereth (3 John 1:2).
God's wish is for you to prosper and live in health. Observe that 3 John 1:2 doesn't say Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be healed... Rather, it says, Beloved, I wish above all things that thou mayest prosper and be in health. He's talking about your living in divine health, and not merely getting healed. Healing is good, but walking in divine health is far better. When you're living in divine health, you don't need healing because you don't get sick! To some people, this sounds absurd because they feel it's not possible for someone to be perpetually healthy. But that's the life Jesus brought to us! That's one of the things His death, burial and resurrection accomplished for us to live a sickness-free and disease-free life! As you grow in Christ, it's important that you leave the good things for the best. Transcend the level of needing healing from God to living everyday in divine health. This is the life of the new creation in Christ Jesus; old things (including sicknesses) have passed away! This is why the Bible says ...the inhabitant shall not say, I am sick... (Isaiah 33:24). The city referred to in this scripture is Zion, the city of the living God; and you were born in this city the moment you were born again (Hebrews 12:22-23). The reason the citizens of Zion won't say they're sick isn't that they're avoiding wrong confessions; it's because they don't get sick! They're not sick-able! They're the possessors of eternal life and that life destroys sickness, repels disease and annuls infirmity. Someone asks, What if I feel sick? Can't I say how I feel? No! You shouldn't say how you feel but what God says. We live by faith, not by sensory perception (2 Corinthians 5:7). You need to know that the presence of symptoms is not proof of sickness. Therefore, the symptoms shouldn't change your confession that divine health is yours in the now. Eradicate the sickness talk from your vocabulary completely. If you maintain your faith confession that divine health is your present-hour possession, your body will be literally immune to all sickness, infirmity and disease. It's your birthright as a child of God to walk in divine health, and this is your set time to enjoy that inheritance. God bless you.

Faith was stirred in the hearts of the people, and there was a refreshing of the Spirit as they sang of God's love, goodness, favour and grace.

A beautiful day for glorious and wonderful miracles, testimonies and awesome celebration; this was the description for Sunday, March 31st, 2013 the day of the first healing service of the 2013 Autumn Session in Johannesburg, South Africa, which was also Easter Sunday. Many who came to the Healing School from different countries across the globe, sick and desperate for a change, had cause to rejoice and shout for joy as they received the healing touch from the Master and a transformation in their lives. In attendance at the Healing School complex in South Africa for this life-changing service, were partners of the Healing School, as well as youth delegates from the 2013 International Easter Youth Camp with Pastor Chris. All came with an expectation to witness and experience a demonstration of Christ's love and compassion for all men. The hall was super-charged with the anointing of the Holy Ghost as the choir led in songs of glory, worship and praise to the Lord. Faith was stirred in the hearts of the people, and there was a refreshing of the Spirit as they sang of God's love, goodness, favour and grace. proved beyond measure, the extraordinary love of God, manifested through the change in their bodies. One of the testifiers was Mmakgosi a child who suffered from asthma; she experienced seizures and constant weakness as a result of this condition. She couldn't play with her peers and had to be on a restricted diet to manage her condition. Her situation came to a turning point when she had an encounter with the man of God, Pastor Chris, at the Healing School. I am perfect and excellent! Mmakgosi declared. She can now play and drink milk, like all healthy children of her age. She couldn't do this before her parents testified. Little Wandile took a walk amidst cheers from the congregation as he came forward to bear witness of God's miracle in his life. These were no ordinary steps they were the steps of a child whose mother had been told that he would never walk as a result of cerebral palsy. His mother was overjoyed as she shared the testimony of her son's healing, which happened a year ago. Today, Wandile walks without any aid and lives a healthy and active life like other children of his age! Jennifer, a caterer by profession, came to the Healing School in 2012 in pain and tears, walking with the aid of a pair of crutches; she received her healing and her life was transformed! She just couldn't stop laughing as she marched up the stage in high-heeled shoes to testify of her healing, and shouts of joy rang out all over the auditorium! Jennifer testified that she's fully back to running her catering business, and can now do all she couldn't do when she was crippled! As the people listened to testimony after testimony, faith was stirred up in their hearts, and expectations for the manifestation of the miraculous were indeed heightened.

His mother was overjoyed as she shared the testimony of her son's healing, which happened a year ago. Today, Wandile walks without any aid and lives a healthy and active life like other children of his age!

The anointing in the hall distinctly intensified till it was palpable, heralding the arrival of the man of God, Pastor Chris. Full of the Holy Ghost and power, he stretched his hand, touched the sick, and blew on them, ministering the healing anointing with great compassion and love, just like the Master, Jesus Christ when He walked the earth. The lame walked, the deaf heard, the blind saw, and diverse kinds of ailments blood conditions, ulcers, asthma, diabetes, heart diseases, paralysis, to mention a few were healed with one touch from God! There was joy and celebration from all present as they witnessed this wonderful demonstration of God's presence and power! 57 year old Ruth Sebetlela had suffered from diabetes for 30 years. When the man of God got to her, he commanded the disease out of her body and then declared her free. Immediately, she got up, walking and rejoicing all around the auditorium! out, and then he blew the healing anointing on her. Thembi received her healing and started rejoicing! I feel happy now. I'm able to walk long distances and I can stand now. Glory to God! she declared. Ian Fredman, 32 years old, from Zambia, had a prolapsed intervertebral disc that caused him severe backache and pain in his lower limbs. He was totally incapacitated and couldn't stand or walk unaided. Gazing at Ian intently, the man of God commanded the spirit of infirmity to leave his body; then, he touched Ian and proclaimed him healed. Ian stood to his feet, with hands lifted high and praised God with joy for his awesome miracle! It's my time, I'm healed! I couldn't even sit or walk alone, by myself. Now, I'm free; I'm free from all the pain and weakness! he testified. Suffering from muscular dystrophy for 36 long years right from when she was eleven, 47 year old Annikie Maluleka experienced difficulty in walking, and she had weak muscles, foot drop as well as back pain. Her inability to control her leg muscles necessitated the use of a walking aid. Pastor Chris laid hands on her and ministered divine healing to her body. Annikie took off her walking aid and walked by herself for the first time in 36 years! Overwhelmed, she testified, I'm so excited that I'm healed! All in attendance were in awe of God's amazing grace, and they glorified the name of the Lord like never before. Those who had come in to the service sick and in pain were now completely changed, and they marvelled at the wonderful transformation that had happened in their lives. When Pastor Chris made the call for salvation, many came forward and received the Lord Jesus Christ as Saviour and Lord of their lives; making them partakers of His divine nature. My name is Mzwandile Ntshangase Gabriel and Im fifty years old. I attended the Healing School in 2012 because I had disc prolapse and I had suffered a stroke, which left me paralyzed. I couldn't walk or do anything else on my own. I was in this condition for five years. My life was transformed when I received my healing at the Healing School; now I am hale, hearty and whole to the glory of God! I can walk, run, and I no longer require the use of a wheelchair. However, during the course of my illness, I lost my job and I was subsequently given a disability grant on a regular basis. After I got healed, this grant was cancelled, leaving me with no financial aid to support myself and my son. Like most parents, I wanted my son to continue with his high school education, but I couldn't sponsor him. I contacted the Healing School and informed them of this unwelcome development. Subsequently, I received a grant from the Abundant Grace Scheme of the Healing School, which enabled me to engage in a trade, and to provide much needed income for my family. My son can now continue with his education! Thank you so much Healing School! The Abundant Grace Scheme of the Healing School is an amazing opportunity from God to bless some of those who come to the Healing School, beyond the healing they receive in their bodies. The scheme is targeted at helping individuals who may experience challenges getting their lives back on track after they are healed. These individuals, and sometimes their families, get aids in form of scholarships, grants for business development, feeding, housing, etc. It is our way of showing that we care about the total wellbeing of those who come to the Healing School spirit, soul and body.

Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth forever (1 Peter 1:23).
There are two key words to note in this scripture. Firstly, the word seed is translated from the Greek word sperma. Its from this word that the English word, sperm is derived, and its the life-carrying faculty of any living thing. Secondly, the word incorruptible also means imperishable, undecaying or immortal. This means when you were born again, you were born of God's incorruptible seed, with His very life and nature! This life is imperishable, indestructible and can never be brought down! This is what makes you supernatural! The life of God in you is beyond the corrupting influences of this world! Understand that your life is no longer dependent on the blood that flows through your physical body. The same life that makes God who He is now flows in your spirit, soul and body. Speaking of this quality of life, the Lord Jesus said in Luke 10:19; Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you. This is your life and heritage in Christ Jesus! Walk in it! CONFESSIONS The indestructible life of God is in me; sickness, disease, lack and death have no place in me. I'm born of God's incorruptible seed; therefore, I'm invincible and superhuman! As God's representative in this world, I decree peace, perfect health and prosperity in every area of my life. I do not get sick; I have the life and nature of God in me. Divinity is at work in me, and all things are working together for my good! I'm the light of the world; I refuse to walk in darkness. The Spirit of Him that raised Jesus from the dead dwells in me, and He vitalizes my mortal body. I'm sound, strong, and getting better by the day because the Word is working mightily in me! I have life in its fullness; there is no death on my path. I can do all things through Christ that strengthens me. The joy of the Lord is my strength and I'm full of radiant health and vitality. Hallelujah!

As the body's largest organ, your skin may be an indicator of how well you take care of yourself. Thus, it requires constant care and attention. More so, the skin keeps the body's internal organs protected and contributes to the way we look and feel about ourselves. It's also the first body part to really show age, depending on lifestyle and protection from the sun. The skin is made up of several layers, each contributing to its overall health: The top layer is called the epidermis. This layer contains pigments that give skin colour. Epidermal cells continually regenerate throughout our whole lives, usually every 28 days. Under the epidermis is the dermis, which contains blood vessels, nerves, sweat and oil glands. The dermis contains elastin and collagen, which contribute strength and elasticity to the skin. The final layer is made up of fatty tissue, which gives the skin structure. Ways to Look After Your Skin What we eat and drink contributes greatly to the health of our skin. An aged look is not inevitable. A nutritious diet is very important, particularly eating 'skin friendly' foods such as fruit and vegetables. Drinking plenty of water, and reducing caffeine and alcohol intake will also help skin glow. Regular exercise, which boosts blood circulation and triggers the renewal of skin cells Maintaining enough sleep and minimizing stress. Have you noticed puffiness and sagging skin in your eyes when you're sleep deprived? Sleep is the only time the skin can rest and repair itself. When you lack adequate sleep, it makes wrinkles much worse. External Ways to Look After Your Skin Sun protection is the most important element of external skin care. Excessive sunlight can damage the epidermis and create wrinkles. Therefore, always use sunscreen. Dry skin is more likely to show up fine lines. A moisturizer helps to increase the skin's surface elasticity. Use moisturizers that are pleasing to the skin.
