David was born in Liverpool. He Left school with nothing, rummaging around various dead end jobs. He then went to college and university. In his twenties, he first discovered poetry and starting writing and performing. He has done so ever since. (FREE) The Continental- Sunday 22nd - TBC Dead Cat Comedy Club. An evening of top quality Stand-Up Comedy from the UKs premier Indie Comedy Collective. Sit back, relax and enjoy all the comedic misery or indulge yourself with the menacing undercurrents within this piece that bring real darkness to it. PoetryFilm :Poetry Magzola. PoetryFilm celebrates films based on poems, poems based on films, art films, text films, poet-filmmaker collaborations and conceptual live performances. A programme of experimental short films exploring circles, cycles, sequences, planets and patterns. Previous venues include Tate Britain, Curzon Cinemas, Saatchi&Saatchi and

Arts Festival Event) This workshop will cover the basics of playing classical guitar and is suitable for beginners or experienced guitarists wishing to explore the rudiments of this particular genre. The workshop will be followed after an interval by a recital given by the facilitator Chris Jones. The recital is free to workshop participants. Project Adorno perform a retrospective recital featuring fifteen favourite moments plucked from fifteen years of live performance. Expect electro-pop cabaret songs on libraries, old computer games, Cubism and Jeremy Paxman. Project Adorno may yet become famous for fifteen minutes, though being famous for fifteen people would be just as satisfying. Award-winning music and sketch comedians Sid and James return with the premiere of their new supercharged sketch show. Sandwiched between a narrative of trust issues and treachery, the show features Armstrong's drug test results, Imaginary Terry and Captain Birdseye (before he was famous). Tales of mental illness, the joys of being a struggling Stand Up, the ironic language of Estonian and ending with a barrage of whims. Despite prejudices, they elope to marry and live their happily ever after. But one of Othellos closest companions, Iago, has other plans and begins a plot that shall see despair, distrust and jealousy win out. Theatre
