I am going to my classes now.
Remember: what is given to us in text books as an infinite ( to + verb) is actually the past tense of the 3rd person masculine singular (he). Meaning: =he did in Arabic.
Lets Start!
Lets start with
So, you see that a
Here, a
is prefixed to form the conjugation for you (masculine singular) study
The conjugation for feminine singular you is formed by both a prefix: suffix:
and a
Example Sentences
Lets put those 3 conjugations into sentences. I study the Arabic language. Do you study Chemistry? Why do you (fem.sing)
study the Arabic language?
So now we have seen 3 examples of present tense conjugation. The conjugation for each personal pronoun is formed in a similar fashion to the previous examples.
All are formed by prefixes and sometimes both prefixes and suffixes which are the same for all verbs.
Now, we will merely list the rest of the prefix/suffix add-ons with their corresponding personal pronoun. (Remember:
all letters must be connected written correctly based off their locations in the word)

*The reason for two possible prefixes is due to gender distinction of Masculine or feminine. ya is for masculine ta is for feminine
Special Notes
These are the basic endings for all verbs in the present tense, so memorize how to form and recognize each conjugation in reading and speech. Their are some very small adjustments to these forms based off on the mood, but for now, memorize the basics. We can add new information later.
