2006 to Present: Isaac Newton & Associates:
• Developed two services for clients: an ICT Health Check and a methodology
for testing Internal Control over Enterprise reporting (TICKER-ICT) based on
SOX
• Was selected for a secondment to the KPMG South Africa practice from
Kenya.
• Played a key role in assisting staff within KPMG South Africa to prepare and
successfully pass the CISA exam
• Rose up the ranks from a trainee to the IT Audit Manager for East Africa,
responsible for 3 countries within 4 years
• Leader of the team that successfully introduced the IDEA data analysis tool to
East Africa
• Elected as the Vice Chairman and youngest board member of the Information
Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA) Kenya chapter
• Founded the CISA preparation course at Strathmore University and was a part
