Dear Sir/Madam Re: Introduction of the Company Shumbusho and Associates Consulting (T) Limited (SA Consulting) is an established company located at Ubungo- Dar es salaam. The company is registered under Companies Registration Act No. 12 of 2002 with a certificate of incorporation number 101352 and registered by the Tanzania Revenue Authority as a legal taxpayer with Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN) 121-639-467. SA deals with Strategic Business and Organizational Solutions Consultancy. The company is made up of principal and associate corporate and individual consultants who provide a package of integrated business and organizational solutions. Our team deals with consultancy activities primarily in areas of research and research design, training need assessment and designing and delivery of skills oriented trainings, business diagnosis creation and development (business planning, establishment, formalization, coaching, models designs, diagnosis, renewal, and reengineering for expansion and increase of productivity). We also provide integrated HR solutions including design of policies and procedures, business analysis, job design, recruitment, selection, and guiding employers on how to manage performance and build higher performance work behavior. SA consulting also provides quick and cheap solutions in areas of contract design, negotiation, and mediation during property transfer, sale, and outsourcing; financial control and management, marketing and market analysis, as well as legal drafting. As part of our corporate responsibility, we provide free consultation, information supply, and psychotherapy treatment to Tanzanian citizens who face problems in areas related to law (business, tax, company, administrative, labour, constitutional, family, copyright, electoral laws as well as human rights). Apart from that, we supply important information and advices related to democracy, public policy, and law enforcement. As you are aware, provision of integrated business solutions requires us to cooperate rather than compete with the other consultants in all the fields identified. With this letter, we want to introduce our services to you and ask you if you may join us as either an associate consultant or our partner. Associate consultants are required to make subscription and upon entering agreement with a company they will pay an annual fee of sixty thousand Tshs per year. Partners need to enter an agreement with the company and we will share expertise on specified projects and distribute the costs and benefits of each project accordingly.
