The primary responsibility of the Parts Specialist Representative (PSR) will be to enhance existing relationships with Raymond customers who are currently maintaining their own fleet of Raymond Lift Trucks. This will be accomplished by increasing the volume of existing parts consignments, ensuring service bulletins are delivered and reviewed with the customer and promoting new Raymond products and services. The PSR will also be responsible for maintaining and replenishing customers consignments with special consideration of volume and number of turns. In addition, the PSR will be responsible for customer consignments where we have in-house technicians servicing an account. The PSR will also be responsible for developing new relationships with non-Raymond customers to introduce OEM, aftermarket and commodity parts. This will be accomplished by working with other Raymond team members and management to determine a target list of large competitive users with the goal being to establish a Raymond managed parts consignment. The PSR will also serve as a backup to the Raymond Storage Concepts Inc. internal parts group. Responsibilities include: delivering parts, stocking parts in our warehouse, administrative duties (computer, phone), etc.

REASONING ABILITY: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations. The noise level in these environments also varies, but is usually in the moderate to highly noisy range.
