Sourcing

Job posting in different job portals Competitor mapping and listing of prospects for quality delivery(30% of total hiring from Competition) Maintain sourcing database with all information related to colleges, consultants, advertisements, NGO, Employment Exchange, DSA/Competitors. Execution of Migration Processes error free. Handling pilot projects like School of Employability in association with NIS Sparta & Reliance Communications Ltd. Share inputs and ideas with the profit centre Head & contribute in sourcing strategies.

Recruitment & Joining Process


Analysis the resource indent, identify suitable profiles. Scheduling interviews, doing HR round of interview, conducting final round of interview. Employee Induction
Designing the induction for new hires To give an insight of all the HR policies and procedures to all the newly joined associates

Payroll
Coordinating on time for the payroll inputs to process the salary of all the employees

Training Visiting stores and stationed in store as per the training delivery plan Conducting Pre-assessments to identify the training needs and also conducting Post -assessments along with Role Plays to assess the training impact. Employee Engagement & Employee Transitions

Data Updating

Vendor Management
