The low construction height and the low centre of gravity effectively relieve the machine body of static and dynamic stresses and permanently guarantee high manufacturing accuracy.
An "open safety cabin concept" ensures optimal accessibility. The F1 series systems can be opened to provide easy access to the cutting head and also full length. Simply perfect for maintenance work, easier "set-up" on the machine or also for special tasks.
The F1 series offers the highest degree of flexibility in manufacturing, for an efficient material flow at all times. Whether in flow production or stand-alone operation, the layout of the machine arrangement can be adapted and varied.
The left or right side installation of the pallet changer exactly follows the circumstances and requirements of the respective user. Additional loading and unloading modules can be used to repeatedly increase the degree of automation
The pallet changer can be positioned on both sides. A benefit: Shorter ways when operating several machines.

Optional equipment Automatic nozzle changer For non-stop production even with varying materials and sheet thicknesses. On the basis of the cutting data library, the nozzles are replaced automatically and without any manual intervention. OVS IV Optimal measurement system for combined manufacturing. A CCD camera, directly beside the cutting head enables a precise detection of cuttings or individual parts for the laser process. Roller bearing positioning support in the pallet changer for the manual setup of sheets. Conveyer belt Suited for the disposal of slag and for the fast and secure take out of small parts.

Modular flexibility in various design stages The machine design can be individually adapted to the requirements of the user. Design stages and periphery systems additionally enable optimal material management.
Pallet changer
Parallel to the cutting process, cut materials on the interchangeable pallet can be unloaded and raw material provided.
Optional design stages Tower solutions Increase the system's degree of automation by means of expanded loading and unloading capacities. If required the capacity by be increased by adding a second tower.

In terms of technological progress, this specification is subject to technical dimensional, design and equipment changes as well as deviations in the illustrations. The specifications of the precision are based on VDI/DGQ 3441. The workpiece precision and the cuttable material thickness are among other things dependent on the cutting conditions, the material, the type of workpiece, its pretreatment, the panel size and the position in the work area. Laser class 1 in accordance with DIN EN 60 825-1 for proper operation. CO2-Laser: Class 4 laser with invisible beam. Avoid eye and skin contact with direct or dispersed beams. Position laser: Visible class 3R laser. Avoid eye contact with direct beams.
