Subject: Introduction of BB PCO 400 and BB PCO 1000 post paid broadband plans exclusively for PCOs as regular plans with reduction in additional usage charges after free download/upload reg. Kind reference is invited to this office circular No. 36/10-11 dated 26.10.2010 through which BB PCO 400 and BB PCO 1000 broadband plans were introduced exclusively for the PCOs on promotional basis for a period of 90 days in all circles. 2. The Competent Authority has now decided to regularize the BB PCO 400 and BB PCO 1000 broadband plans with reduction in additional usage charges after free download/upload. The rates indicated are exclusive of Service Tax, which will be charged extra as per prevailing tariff. The monthly charges for modems will be the same as circulated vide this office letter No. 64-03/08Broadband dated 18.02.2010 and their sale price will be the same as circulated vide this office letter No. 64-03/08-Broadband dated 15.07.2010. These plans may be given to the existing PCO operators as well as to Prospective PCO operators. All other relevant terms and conditions as per the earlier circulars shall continue to be applicable for these plans also. This circular is issued based on the approval of Competent Authority in Broadband Cell File No. 6403/08-BB/Pt.4.For any Clarification/correspondence, in respect of above tariff plans matter may be taken up with Broadband Section, BSNL, Corporate Office, Jan path, New Delhi-110001, Tel. No. 01123322064 and Fax No. 011-23734052. These instructions shall have the immediate effect.
