Annexure A Leave policy Service terms and conditions: 6 days a week will be a normal working week. In all other cases Saturday will be treated as a regular working day.

1) PRIVILEGED LEAVE (PL): PL will be for 12 days. These leaves can be availed only after the completion of 1 year of continuous service or proportionate part thereof.(year would be January to December).Please note that the PL ca not be accumulated or encased and may only be availed. a) PRIVILEGED LEAVE (AVAILING PROCESS): In case you want to avail PL,you are required to inform us 96 hours before availing such leave. in order to avail any PL depending upon the exigency of the companies work, you shall either be granted leave or your leave application shall be declined. In the event of your taking leave in spite of the same having been declined, such leaves shall be considered as LWP (leave without pay). 3) SICK LEAVE(SL): Sick leave will be for seven days(7) in a year of 12 months of completed services or proportionate part thereof.(year would be January to December).These leaves would be effective from date of joining at half pay of medical certificated.SL cannot be accumulated. a) SICK LEAVE(AVAILING PROCESS):In case you avail the sick leaves, you are required to submit the leaves application form along with the medical certificate once you join back on urgent basis failing which the same would be treated as LWP(Leave without pay).

Annexure B Reimbursement /claim policy You will be reimbursed business related expenses incurred in accordance with relevant company polices as applicable from time to time. The specific amounts for these expenses will depend on the nature and scope of your duties. Any employee who wants to claim against the expenses incurred will have to send original bills along with the claim sheet duly signed and stamped by their respective circle head/project managers. Any claims received without the signatures of the circle head/project manager will be rejected. Please note that the heads and amounts under which a claim can be made are as follow, as per current policies-this may be revised from time and would apply accordingly. Annexure C Resignation and Full and Final Settlement Resignation Process: Resignation mail should be initially sent to Evision Infotech Pvt Ltd at hr@evisions.co.in mentioning the reason of resignation and complete infra details. Evision Infotech Pvt Ltd in return will forward the same to your respective Line Managers for approval. Once the Resignation gets approved the same would be communicated to you through mail and telephonically. Please note that the notice period applicable would be as mentioned in the Appointment Letter. On the Last working day (LWD) you need to submit complete infra in working condition to Evision Infotech Pvt Ltd coordinators/Client coordinators who in return in mark a mail to hr@evisions.co.in about infra submission.

Full and Final Settlement For Full and Final Settlement, following need to be satisfied and must be in place. 1. Satisfactory/Acceptance letter from your line manager with our client, approving your resignation 2. All company assets and equipments must be returned back in working condition 3. There should not be any amounts pending for settlement with the Company. Once the above terms are satisfied, your Full & Final payments will be processed Services terms and conditions 1. The Company has multiple projects in different places and you can be deputed in any of the projects run by the Company or its customers within or outside India. 2. You will act within the framework of the organizational structure, and within the ambit of policies and directions as the Company may lay down from time to time. 3. You will be a full time Contractual employee and would not undertake any other business, work or public office or accept any payment for any Services rendered or otherwise except with the written permission from the authorized office bearer of the Company. 4. You may be transferred to any section/department Company/Project or across associated establishments. within the

5. Your continuance in service of the Company is subject to your remaining physically and mentally fit. As and when required by the HR policies of the Company, you will submit yourself to medical examination by a physician approved by the Company. 6. This Contract may be terminated either by the management or by yourself without assignment of any reason whatsoever by either party, after giving one month's notice or payment in lieu thereof, within the operative period of the Contract as defined above. This contract may also be terminated by the Company upon your non-compliance of any of the terms and conditions mentioned in the contract. 7. In the event of any change in your address; you will intimate the Company in writing within 3 days from the date of such change. 8. Your absence for a continuous period of 8 days (including absence when leave though applied for but not granted) or over- stay for a period of 8 days would

make you lose your lien on the Contract and your contract shall automatically come to an end without any notice or intimation from the management In case of such an event, your final accounts with the organization will be finalized in consonance with the various Terms & Conditions of this Contract. 9. You will during the continuation of your contract be responsible for the safe upkeep of all Equipments & Properties belonging to the Company/Client that may be entrusted to you, to facilitate the performance of your duties .In the event of loss, theft, burglary, damage to the asset issued to you, the Company reserves the right to recover from you the value of the asset or equipment, by settling off the same against payment due to you. In the event of any voluntary or involuntary termination of your employment for any reason whatsoever, you undertake to return within 3 days of such termination all such "Equipments Properties in good working condition. In the event you fail to return the said" Equipments & Properties the Company shall be entitled to recover the value of such Equipments & Properties by setting off the same against payments due to you on termination. In the event of such recoverable value being more than the payments due to you on termination, you shall undertake to pay the difference within 3 days on being notified of the same failing which the Company shall be entitled to charge an interest at the prime lending rate +2% of State Bank of India, on the balance recoverable from the date of such notification till the date of payment and also initiate necessary criminal/civil legal action for recovery. 10. Your annual revision of pay (if any) will be based on your performance of duty if your performance is found to be satisfactory during the past year of service in terms of efficiency, regularity, punctuality and discipline. The same may be withheld if found unsatisfactory. However such extension and consequent increment, if any, shall be at the sole discretion of the Company.
