Question3. Create a visual presentation (it can be graph/chart/ power point/table etc) elaborating techniques you would use to motivate yourself as a trainer. Please include ways that would motivate you personally and also mention the benefit of using those techniques Answer: It is rightly said that Blessed are those trainers who keep themselves self motivated. The essence of the trainer lies in a quote which says that Give a man a fish, he will eat it; Train a man to fish, he will feed his whole family. A wise man once told me the mantra of motivation which states that Never leave any stones unturned and hence make the things happen.

Motivation results from the interaction of both conscious and unconscious factors such as the (1) Intensity of desire or need, (2) Incentive or reward value of the goal, and (3) Expectations of the individual and of his or her peers. An example is a student that spends extra time studying for a test because he or she wants a better grade in the class. As a trainer I am motivated both by Internal and External factors-

Pranayams help to avoid that witty inner feeling. It will flush all the bad emotions. You can be your best coach or your worst critic. This will help to focus on the goal and save one from the last eleventh hour rush. Noting down all the goals will leave an impression on mind and hence the person will start acting towards its achievement.

This is also known as get-set-go activity. Acting on your goal will help in its cent percent implementation. It will boost the trainer with the positive attitude and make him or her to face the challenges on a positive tone. Yoga helps to cure roga of professional life. KFP - BFP Principle I use these principle to motivate myself when I am nervous.KFP is ki farak painda and BFP is bahut farak painda given by management guru batra. It says to grab the positive side of every person, be it your friend, peer, mentor or competitor.

Self Rewards and Recognition Hakuna Matata

I recently read a book It's Not about the Bike: My Journey Back to Life By Lance Armstrong. It helps me to face the upcoming challenges of my life. Every time you complete a project or a task, give yourself a reward.
Hakuna Matata is a Swahili phrase that can be translated literally as "There are no worries." Its meaning is similar to the English phrase "no problem" or Australian English phrase "no worries" and is akin to "don't worry, be happy".

Reading book therapy, Music therapy will help to increase the level of internal motivation. It gives a sensory feeling likecome what may! I will be the winner.

Apply Carrot and stick approach. Punish yourself for not achieving the target in a positive way and reward yourself for achieving the success. Just like in movie 3 Idiots the hero used to say All is well whenever he faces the critical situations, similarly as a trainer I apply this Hakuna Matata principle n continuously recite the same for motivation.

I use the blend of above techniques personally to motivate myself as a trainer.
