I am head of human resources department in this Royal Bali Hospital :Nice to meet you, Sir :How are you this morning, Ismi? :Im perfectly fine, Sir. Thank you, and how about you? :Im fine too. Thank you.So, do you know what we are going to do, Ismi? :Yes, Sir. I was emailed and called by phone in order to have a job interview session from this Hospital three days ago. My uncle is also a nurse, and seeing the satisfication she feels everyday by helping people in her job inspired my own interest in the field. :Well, what qualifications have you got? : I am a nursing degree in 2015, I had attended infection control training in 2014, I attended the training BCLS 2013, I was able to use Microsoft Office Computer, I had attended English language courses in 2013.

: Can you show me the step of effective handwashing? :Yes, I can Step 1 :Wet hands and apply soap. Rub palms together until soap is bubbly. Step 2: Rub each palm over the back of the other hand.

Step 3: Rub between your fingers on each hand. Step 4 : Rub your hands with the fingers together. Step 5 ; Rub around each of your thumbs. Step 6 : Rub in circles on your palms.
