SULFUR-FREE LYCHEE TREATMENT AND PACKING HOUSE:

A UNIQUE HI-TECH SYSTEM JURAN is introducing an innovative system for treating Lychees. The system consists of a unique process that maintains fruit's red color on the outside and the delicious natural flavor on the inside. LONG-LASTING COLOR JURAN's process brings out the lychee's vivid ruby-red color, preventing the usual browning after three days. Lychees can now keep their natural brilliance for 4-5 weeks, significantly increasing marketing opportunities. SORTING AND GRADING Along with its primary purpose to preserve fruit's color and flavor, our new system efficiently sorts lychees using the embedded motorized conveyor. AUTOMATIC SIZER As a part of the Sorting and Grading process, the system's Automatic Sizer comprises 5 size/grading groups. This sophisticated process achieves high levels of grading and sorting, essential for exporting to the EEC and US markets.

Made of Stainless Steel 304, Juran's Lychee Treatment Packing House, like all the equipment of our company, is fully tested on our premises prior to shipment.
