Focus on TVET research and teacher education in the ASEAN region and PR China. CBUSW: Results
More than 6,300 VET multipliers in 17 subjects trained totally

About 400 teachers, 200 principals, 300 professionals and management staff are
trained in Germany annually for localized implementation of dual elements in VET.

About 1,400 teachers annually trained in improved teaching methods (action


oriented) in Chinese educational institutions.

RCP: Mission, objectives and Partner Countries


Mission:

To support partner universities in educating teachers facing the future challenges of the labour markets in dynamic Asian economies.
Objectives: facilitate innovative VTE (Vocational Teacher Education) developments. merge academic and practical know-how to initiate reform processes. free flow of information between universities and other institutions. generate more transparency, higher efficiency and better quality in research and instruction. Practice-oriented VTE development, by common research-based projects and peergroup learning.

SGAVE Project Concept


SGAVE worldwide unique cooperation between five German Premium brands, the Chinese Government (MOE), GIZ on behalf of German Government. Sustainable conceptual framework on all levels: Individual (Students, teachers, in-house trainers). Organizational (Schools, dealership). Vocational Education System (Higher Vocational Education, Chinese Ministries). 3 Years project initial run-time phase 04/2011 03/2014.

What does SGAVE mean to the students?


Li Huimin, 20 Years, Although I am a girl, my interest in cars and the technology is not less than that of boys. I would

really like to work in the


automotive industry. Due to the education according SGAVE my know-how on cars has extremely broadened. I am sure that I will become a well qualified and skilled car mechatronic.
