Before you apply please read carefully Please keep the Application and the Agreement together as one document. Send all completed pages; do not forward any incomplete or partial application or agreement to our office. Keep in mind that we process completed applications first.

PROMISSORY NOTE
TERMS FOR ACCEPTING THIS SCHOLARSHIP LOAN ARE: I must finish one semester in my current program to be eligible for the scholarship loan. (If not, you are not eligible.) I must be an Arab citizen and I dont have any other foreign citizenship (If you have any Non-Arab citizenship, you are not eligible.) I must maintain a high academic average of "B" or above during the duration of my study towards my degree. I must send official transcripts of my grades after each semester or quarters to ASAI's main office. I must remain on a student visa and return to the Arab world to work and serve my community after graduation I must notify the ASAI main office immediately if any one of the following events takes place: I reduce my enrollment status to less than half time, I withdraw from the school, I stop attending class, I fail to re-enroll for any term, I have changed my expected graduation date, And / or I change my current address, permanent address or e-mail address.

I UNDERSTAND THAT ASAI HAS THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE THIS SCHOLARSHIP AGREEMENT IF I SHOULD: Change my student visa and not returned to home country after graduation. Dont respond to any of the terms listed above. Provide ASAI with false information. ASAI reserve the right to accept or reject any application, Only the Qualified Applicants will be accepted. Submitting your Application doesnt mean that you are granting the loan, unless you notified by the ASAI.

AUTHORIZATION

I, hereby authorize the Arab Student Aid International (ASAI), whose headquarters' at 5910 Wilcox Place, suite H,
Dublin, Ohio, USA, to take any legal action in case of discrepancy, or any delay, or breach of the agreement signed between me and ASAI. I FURTHER AGREE that this scholarship loan is in the form of an Interest-Free Loan and I promise to begin repaying the loan Six months after I graduated, I understand that the loan may be paid in monthly installment, but must be paid in full

within Three years from the graduation date I provided.

I hereby certify to Arab Student Aid International (ASAI) that: (a) I have carefully read the information in this agreement; (b) I understand that I have obligation to repay the scholarship loan after my graduation; (c) I must complete Renewal applications to be considered for renewal of loans; (d) the information reported on this application and on any other documents or writing furnished in connection with this application for ASAI scholarship loan is or will be true, correct, and completed to the best of my knowledge; (e) I have met all scholarship requirements; (f) I am not obligated to pay a refund on any scholarship grant not scholarship loan, I have previously received from ASAI.
