In Local News A 27-year old man was stabbed at the End Zone Bar in Elizabeth. Police were called to the scene after a fight broke out a little after midnight yesterday. The victim, Anthony Carter, was taken to Trinitas Regional Medical Center. He was pronounced dead shortly after. Police are asking anyone with information to call 911.

In National News

Stacey Rambold, the former high school teacher who was convicted of raping a 14year-old student is now a free man. Rambold, who admitted to the rape, served only 30 days in jail. The victim, Cherice Moralez, killed herself shortly before her seventeenth birthday. The judges reasoning for the short sentence was due to the fact that he felt Moralez seemed older than she was and in control of the situation. Rambold will be on probation for the next 14 years.

In International News

Authorities have picked up three individuals in connection with the attack at the Westgate Mall in Nairobi, Kenya. New details have emerged and investigators believe that planning for the attack began more than a year ago. At least 67 people are dead and that number is expected to rise as many people are still unaccounted for.
