Description Do you have firm grip on the technology you are working on? Do you engage in technical skill expansion activities? Do you have required skills to take care of all technical aspects of a project end-to-end? Can you estimate your work accurately and confidently? Did you spend planned time with your full potential to ensure success of the project? Did you spend extra time & worked on weekend whenever it was required to ensure success of the project? Did you committed to timelines/deadlines communicated to you by management to ensure timely completion of the project? Did you came on a non-working day or stayed late in office to ensure that the project timelines/deadlines don't get impacted? Do you ensure quality in the code you develop by adopting best coding practices and doing unit testing before rolling it over in testing?
